Karsten Came to our home and did a windshield replacement and calibration in our driveway. That is what I call the ultimate convenience. We really appreciate the work that Karsten did for us. He was meticulous to include the calibration. The entire experience was pleasant.

I was at a class. The Safelite tech called prior to arrival and on arrival. I opened the car door remotely and he got started. I came out during a break to say hello and he was just finishing up. Great job allowing me to stay in class. And so far it looks like the repair is going to stop any cracks from growing.
