Sally Beauty is a store known for its fantastic and great customer service. The staff is always very knowledgeable, super helpful, super friendly, nice, and so kind. Employees are amazing and take time to assist customers, such as searching for specific products or helping to find the right hair color in the system. The management receives praise for this high level of service. The store is generally well stocked on most supplies, though it occasionally runs out of some items. Customers report being very satisfied and describe it as their go-to store, with a shopping experience that makes them feel understood and well cared for.
Everytime I go into this store I receive the best service! All employees are so nice, so helpful and knowledgeable. High-five to the management here because it's just not common to receive such great service these days!

I was so grateful to the staff . They searched for this product, and it was the last one on the shelf. I've been to several other establishments before coming here. Thank goodness they took time out and found that product for me. A very satisfied customer ?

This is my go to Sally’s store. They are always very knowledgeable and super helpful. For the most part they are pretty well stocked up on everything but sometimes they run out of some supplies. The staff is super friendly too.
