I had a stroke a couple months ago and still have significant weakness. My wife is struggling to get me through the store in assisted by three Sams employees that did a marvelous job of getting me up and out of the door can 't Esau enough say good things about those employees.

On a whim, I picked up Sam's Shrimp and Corn Chowder soup. We had it for dinner with a Sam's baguette. It was an excellent dinner. It was tasty, hardy, and very enjoyable. A very good dinner, and a good value.

I wish I could give them 0 because that's what they deserve! The worst customer service ever! Definitely not going to keep my membership.

Sam's Club still has a few catering items, convenient for me. Sam's whole rotisserie chicken is alway tender and flavorful, what a deal under five dollars. The Sam's on May is always well stocked where is the one on Northwest Expressway,Oklahoma City,is not well stocked.

I believe that my experience at this Sam's Club was very excellent. When I first came to the Sam's Club here, I was astounded that the store was a tad bit understaffed, but that did not change my experience there. The staff here were friendly and they greeted me kindly. Meat prices weren't as high here. At another Sam's Club, a pork roast was $15/lb. I lounged around the store and was amazed that the prices here were cheaper than my local Wal-mart. At checkout, the cashiers were very friendly. After I checked out. I went to the cafe and brought frozen yogurts and a large pepperoni pizzas. The cafe staff were also friendly, and gave me no attitude. I would recommend this Sam's Club to anybody. The staff are friendly, prices are low, and the overall experience is great.

Pharmacy is well staffed and friendly. There is rarely a line. But even then sometimes waits go minutes too long. I still added an extra star just for them. But the rest of the store, I'll just be blunt, sucks. Severely suffering from lack of staff. It's very difficult to get help with anything. Even Walmart has better service, and they are pathetic. The prices here aren't even all that, definitely not worth the extra pain in the ass finding service and then storing the extra product. Especially the seasonal goods, way overpriced for low quality Chinese shit. I used to be a paying member in another state. And I'd occasionally stop in for a cheap snack to take on the go, or even dine in with the kiddos for some inexpensive pizza. But food prices have gone up. They have no tables to dine on at this location. The kitchen staff is cut back to ONE, and she doesn't like to do much of anything. Soda machines were low on carbonation, she was told but gave excuses. She outright refused to cook churros. Ice cream machine is constantly down...A lazy trick they use at many other locations, they hate cleaning that machine. Just same old Sam's Club bullshit, that I have too little patience for. It's too bad they can't afford to hire the staff they need. That's the tradeoff for the higher wages, though $11/hr was the right thing to do.

I am impressed, Sam's Club was truly extremely good. More than anything, Sam's Club has an awesome vibe. Everything was fresh, flavorsome, and totally tasty. Service was wonderful and every one working here was incredibly nice and helpful. Love this spot! Will be back.

I shopped here last week and was treated with disrespect because I wouldn't unload my groceries on the designated side where it's labeled basket. I was using the electric Shopping cart so it is real inconvenient to unload from one side and then to back up and pay on the other side. Besides I would have to ask the people behind me to move so I could back up. The front manager became very angry with me and showed her disapproval with her actions and the distasteful looks she gave me. She didn't take into consideration that I was disabled. I told her whoever came up with this system wasn't thinking. I won't be shopping at this Sam's again, I stay with the one closer to my home, at least they will let me unload my cart on the same side where I pay.

Member service is slow unorganized, need some serious help. It make me want to leave and never come back. I don't think I will come back to the one on May avenue.

Great Sam's. Nice and clean. Friendly employees. But the one thing that I don't like about this sams is that they never carry soy milk. I've been to this sams 3-4 times and each time they've never had soy milk in stock. I don't think they carry soy milk at all. But they do have almond milk which is odd , since places that have almond milk usually have soy milk.

I decided not to keep my Sam's membership because...well, when you're single, you really don't need 20 tubes of toothpaste in one go. I would end up spending WAY too much here, and after throwing out too much, I stopped going. Sam's is a great place to take your time in. I suggest not coming here when you have a time crunch, as you'll want to stroll the aisles looking for the best deals/things you never knew you needed but must have right now. I'd say their best deals are on meat and bulk produce, but as someone who doesn't need bulk produce, I would buy and freeze their meat all the time. Checkout can take a while, depending on when you come and how much the people in front of you have, but there are self-checkouts that a lot of folks don't want to use, so those are often free. They also have a pharmacy and cafe with pizza and fried goodies. If you have multiple people in your household, a Sam's membership is definitely worth your while (and check Groupon, I got a great deal on my membership there!).

Compared to the Sam's on Memorial I probably favor this Sams club just because of the overall cleanliness and open floor plan of everything. Not to mention the only time this place is half as booming as the Memorial location are weekends. I absolutely adore this location! Tip if you have small children or are in a super big hurry. If you do online store pickup at this location you don't even have to leave your car! You choose your pickup timeslot online when placing the order then drive right through the kiosk swipe your member card or enter the order number click go and pull forward 10 feet. An associate will come outside and help load your entire order in your car. Also, if you get water here at this sams club there is an ice chest always filled with cold water. These two things along are good enough reasons to come here! The store has everything the memorial location does. Only downside is this place is always hopping at the grill area I think lots of people work close by and come in here for lunch.. which is a smart idea. Tons of great clothes selection also... I love their active wear brand called tangerine.. almost makes me think twice about lulu who?! Those who adore fitness clothes know what i'm saying.. Overall, this sams is a great location I think and I never have an issue at this location with my online photo orders which I can't say for the Memorial location.

Came for cookie cake. They didn't have cookie cake. The limited cake selection was ultimately disappointing. After selecting a less than satisfactory cake all I needed was an employee to write "happy birthday" on the cake. Ended up waiting for 10 minutes calling out "hello?" To have a woman tell us she couldn't help us because she had clocked out. Waited another 4/5 minutes for a guy to come up, and this was the final result. Ultimately regret my decision to go to this Sam's. Won't be returning, and will warn others against this one as well.

Y'all need to download the Sam's app "Scan & go". Saves sooo much time! Shop, scan, and walk out the store!
