My mother passed away and we had been making arrangements. In between appointments my husband ran into Sam's pharmacy off NW Expressway to grab his RX. There was one person in line in front of him. Employee helped person in front, who we happened to know, then starts pulling down screen or whatever it's called. My husband yelled "I'm here for my RX!" Employee says "we're closing for lunch!" My husband says "I'm in line and no one is behind me ". She closed up . Terrible customer service. Total lack of professionalism as well. We will be getting membership to Costco. We've shopped at Sam's for over 30 years but not anymore. Merry Christmas as well!!

Shout out to Derrick, Faryn, Ryan, Eddie, Izzy, and one other gentleman who we weren't able to get the name of! My cousin and I came to purchase a couch last Friday, and Derrick and the other gentleman worked hard to get the boxes down for us! We didn't realize how big the boxes were going to be, so when we needed help breaking down the box to unload the parts one by one, Faryn, Ryan, and Eddie so kindly and patiently helped us! At first, the parts didn't seem like they would fit, so they even tried to help us by recommending that we rent out a Home Depot truck. Izzy was so patient and kind as he put our disassembled couch on hold, while we tried to figure out how to transport our couch home. When we weren't able to rent out the truck, we tried again to get the parts to fit, and they finally did with the help of all of these kind, patient, and strong men! Izzy was super accomodating, as he allowed parts of our couch to be on hold at the store as we made two trips to bring the couch back to our apartment. We wouldn't be able to enjoy our couch now without all the care we received that day from the amazing staff we met! Thank you guys a bunch! :)

They totally botched my daughter's birthday cake and passed off their shoddy work without batting an eye. The image does not cover the top of the sheet cake, as shown in their book, and the image is all kinds of lumpy. Did not have time to make them redo it. I had, unfortunately, trusted them to do it correctly when I ordered. They acted put off when I asked them just to fix her name.

I've purchased tires for my Honda Pilot at Sam's twice and had issues with both sets of 4 tires, each time having very few miles on the tires, this latest time I had 40,000 miles on the tires and they have a 65,000 mile warranty for 6yrs, I just reached 7 years, they would not remove a nail from my tire and they would not rotate my tires. I simply won't buy tires at Sam's again.

Sam's Club is my go to for most of my catering food and storage supplies. Unfortunately since Covid, you no longer get a discount price when ordering by the case. Also since Costco came to Oklahoma City, Sam's carries items that Costco does not. - make shopping at both stores beneficiary for my catering and personal needs. Sam's has excellent prices on prime beef and Pork low price per pound (for now), Boston-pork butts $1.47 per pound. The bakery has delicious, cakes, cupcakes, pies, cookies, croissants, hoagie rolls, French bread and more. You can order birthday cakes, wedding cakes - any special occasion. Fresh rotisserie chicken and ribs - absolutely delicious! Convenient check out, my favorite is scan and go from my iPhone.

Their Tire & Battery department is a joke called to see if the tires I wanted were in stock told they were made an appointment to get tires on. Get to the appointment and wow I was told the tires I wanted needed to be ordered and the idiot that took my ordered looked at the wrong item . Really a waste of tire and gas for me i won’t be ordering any tires from Sams in the near future or ever.

I do not like being treated like a criminal. Despite being a pillar of the community, on a single visit at this location, I had three (3) different Sam's Club employees treat me as if I were guilty before proven innocent. As a test, I went to the Edmond location and did the exact same things I was called out for at this location -- the Edmond store was friendly and accommodating. 1) I have been a Sam's Club member since 2002. 2) I visit Sam's Club at least once per week (sometimes 2 or 3 times per week). 3) I visit multiple stores, in different cities (Tulsa, Edmond, several different locations in OKC). It is only at this location the employees seem to believe I am a hardened criminal. So, if I want to take my flatbed full of water through the self checkout, let me. If I feel the need to walk out the entrance (because I just stepped inside the store and realized I forgot my grocery list), let me. If I'm standing in front of a store manager, a shift leader, and 5 other employees visiting with each other (not working) -- for the love of God, someone please acknowledge my presence! This store is awful. If Sam Walton we're alive today, he would fire every one of you and start over with new employees!
