Today we went to Sam's club to shop for a few things with my grandma, mom and brother we were fine at first, and we went to go check out after. My grandma started to put her stuff in the thing and I helped her out, I put a big container on the conveyor belt to make it easier on the lady. Nikisha (or something like that) got mad because the container belt and was mad at my grandma for putting it up there, she made my grandma very upset. The cashier seemed very lost but over all very rude.my mom being upset she told her "please respect and be nice to your elders" and all she said was "oh okay". And proceeded to help another customer. And my poor grandmother thought It was all her fault for trying to help the lady. After we started to leave she proceeded to talk about us with the other custmors. Please make sure that the people working in the customer service places are eligible for this job. Thank you.

They don't know how to treat with their customer.Today I went there and I experienced very bad customer service.I do not recommend it to anyone.

Stopped at the NW Passage location to purchase a Nintendo Switch Mario Cart bundle and a extra set of controllers. There was a HUGE display, 3x5 feet, with approximately 20 slots to hold 8x10" cardboard cards used to purchase the products. It is a reasonable assumption that each card represents an available unit. I checked out using the Scan and Go app and gave the cards to an employee to collect the products. A supervisor returned with the cards and informed me the Switch was no longer available and the (HUGE) display and (20) cards should have been taken down. I asked if it could be shipped to me and was told that it's not even available. WHAT?! I just spent $400+ on a product that Sam's doesn't sell anymore?!?! Absolutely absurd!!!!! Now I have to wait DAYS for my refund! I'm absolutely livid. It's not as though there was a stray card I fished from behind the chips! Having the item shipped would have been acceptable! Misrepresentation and allowing the purchase of an item you do not have and will not have is unacceptable!!!

On the 26th between 2 and 3 pm I visited the place to buy two pizzas, the youngest cashier threw the coins at me from a considerable height and without a chance to catch them all, instead of apologizing she smiled and continued, it is so disgusting that people with that attitude work in public places, Please do something, notice that the other customers gave the food in a bad way, it seems curious to me that she being Afromerican It has been a bit racist on their part, since people of color were well served but Asians were not, I would like them to follow up on this case.

FK Sam's! They have morons running the show. The app's worthless, and nobody there knows how to get it to work.Go to Costco. They're better. Not perfect, but better. At least their people have higher IQ's.Sam's sux!

I have grown to hate Sam's Club. I am amazed that you can not contact Sam's Club as an alternate person to pickup an online order. If you pull up to pick up groceries your wife ordered you WILL NOT have a way to contact the store. No phone number on the signs. I had my wife call them to check In last time and set for 1.5 hours before Sams employee finally addressed me sitting here and she advised they didn't check on me because the phone "my wife's phone" wasn't geo located in the area yet. Worst over sight I have had to deal with yet.

This Sam's Club location was adequately stocked at the time of my visit. The snack bar, like all Sam's Club locations, has issues with the line in the snack bar area backing up. This is something Sam's Club needs to address. Getting around d the lines can be a pain. Other than that this location is more than adequate. The employees provided adequate customer service.

Store is good however some employees are rude and not professional.. me and my family were having lunch sitting in the cafe tables and there was a small incident with a child dropping his drink on the floor not a big mess however the cleaning person who was an older African American man who was on the cleaning machine got extremely upset and began cursing while cleaning.. totally unnecessary everyone there could hear what he was saying and there was a lot more families with children there hearing this.. not acceptable at all .When I called to report the manager was careless and didn’t take it serious.

The store itself is ok however the cafeteria people are ruthless and always have nasty attitudes specially the young black lady .. I had an incident where I got the worst treatment just because I asked for a large cheese pizza without cutting… she gave me dirty looks, nasty attitude from the beginning and just a horrible experience over all even the person that was behind me noticed the unpleasant and unnecessary attitude she was giving and made a comment about it.. this young lady definitely has a problem working there as is not the first time she acts rude towards everyone… when I reported it to the front I was told they always get complaints specially about her.. I hope they do something about it as this experience has pushed me to not go back there and buy anything else fromThem anymore unless she is no longer there.. beware and get ready for nasty looks and attitudes!!!

This is our store of choice. I have a couple of suggestions however.1. The rotisserie chicken needs more cooking time. The last couple of times we’ve had to “cook” the chicken. There was blood at the joints.2. The floor machine needs to be scheduled for the time with the least store traffic.Again we really enjoy this store and the staff are great. Good selection of food stuff.My wife always says we’re just getting a few things and that means a full basket.
