The location is easy to get to, extremely well taken care of, and has a fantastic guy running it as well. Victor at this location has been so lovely, I will always look forward to seeing him in the future. He made things less stressful, and is very good with customers and keeping up this facility. Fantastic guy! We are very grateful for his professionalism and his ability to answer all our questions.

Had my trailer there for a few months, drove by and saw it missing, couldn't get into the gate because they had deactivated my code. I called them and they were more concerned with me signing some agreement than my stolen property. So they were able to keep me out of the gate, but couldnt keep a thief from driving in, breaking the lock off my trailer, and driving away. They also forced me to pay for insurance, but because the thief took the lock with them, there is no sign of forced entry and the insurance refused to pay, so I got screwed twice.

I had my items stored here over 1-2 years. On my last year 2024 my storage unit was broken into. The employees didn’t bother to go through video footage. Filed an insurance claim and didn’t get anything due to their was no force break entry. Basically someone there had my key and unlocked my storage. Stole my dinning table, expensive clothes and shoes, bedroom frames and dressers night stands. I’m so upset and will never refer anyone.

My mom has been here for a few years. Can never get ahold of anyone. Office is always closed. And now, her unit has been broken into!
We came today to get some things and we opened it up and the unit was a mess and trashed. Cherished items were taken and memories are lost.
To no surprise, the office is closed and no one is there! The number listed to call sends you straight to an automated system. The office is supposed to be open 6am to 10pm 6 days a week... but it's a lie.
They say they have camera to protect you but they only have 1 camera at the front gate.
Do not store your stuff here. They don't care, they say their prices are low but after a little bit they continously raise your monthly rent fee. They never gave any notice of price increases, just did it. They are not set in stone prices.
Again, don't use their services

These guys are amazing, you can set everything up online so if you've got anxiety like me you can be totally self-sufficient. Had a unit there for a little over a year and never had any problems, no flooding or anything like that. Absolutely love this place 10/10❤️

Michelle was exceptional from the time we pulled in. There was plenty of space to get the trailer in and out and this was a great unloading experience.
