I'm so moving my stuff they never got any one on property to assist when needed. They have a Lock on my unit but I paid it in the process of moving and need to put some stuff in I but can't cause no one never there. So I would think about going there if you need to go in and out your unit

I do not like that price is keeps going up. I don't mind maybe like every three to five years but not every time I renew contract. Think it is a little bit pricey but is in a good area. It looks clean and well kept.

I work in construction, so I don’t get over there much . I usually have no contact with the people there . But I’m not impressed with the price hikes . My unit was $80.00 when I bought it, now it’s went up to $144.00 a month .:(

Do not recommend because there is no rate lock, so after you move in they will up the rent. Most places will give you a year rate lock I guess I over looked that aspect when renting the unit.

I have been a customer for several years. This past year, there was leakage in one of my units at least three times. When I reported it to the property manager, they told me that I would have to get in touch with the insurance company to make a claim. Honestly, the manager didn’t really seem interested in doing any repair work And it appeared that nothing was ever done. Very disappointed in that.
