My unit has been vandalized 2x within the last year. There has been no offer for reduction in price to attempt to make things right. I asked that the manager call me so we could speak. I haven't heard anything. I would not suggest leaving your property her. IT WILL BE STOLEN!! If I could give 0 stars I would?

ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION TO ANY PROSPECTIVE TENTANTS!!!!!!!
I have been here exactly 1 month, there has been 7 break ins total in one month. Each incident has had no less than 30 units broken into. The $12 monthly insurance is a joke. I now come by every morning to check on my unit to see if it has been broken into. I was evicted because I was accused of living in my unit, I'm here every morning for 5-10 minutes. When the robberies occurred, they never contacted victims (tenants) to inform them of the break in. Victims items were strewn all over the hallways, the temporary property managers just threw away the items not inside the units away. I come by every morning to make sure my property is secure and I'm being evicted for that. My belongings would be safer loaded into Rubbermaid totes and placed on pallets and stored in the median of NW Expressway. Seeing as how im not allowed to check on my belongings, this eviction just goes to prove my theory that the breakins are an inside job.
EDIT: Julie is just a wonderful human. This world could use more people like her and her husband. Heck, the ONLY reason I stayed after the 2nd breakin was her. But sadly she decided to leave after the 2nd breakin. For 3 weeks now the thing to do on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday night is to go cut locks at securecare storage on NW Expressway.

The new manager is very friendly. I understand doing rate increases but not at the high rate being charged. Those of us long term customers really get hurt by this.

Sign up was EASY, but after you've moved everything in, they increase your rent after two months!!! Its ESPECIALLY unacceptable when you have everything set up for AUTOPAY!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Once you've moved in, they bait and switch you. It's like how many people will move their entire storage unit after being screwed!! All of this doesn't even touch that after moving in, two months later you hear rats scurrying around. Of course I paid for the insurance, but with how I've seen their business practices THUS FAR, I doubt it is worth the paper it is written on.

Excellent storage facility! They take safety and security seriously. Genie in the front office is particularly excellent - She helped us with transitioning to a larger unit and made sure it was exactly what we needed! :)
