Went here last night to grab a drink. The lady ahead of me in line listed several different types of cigarettes she was willing to go with and the register man just turned and stared at the wall motionless, no joke.... they also charged me $4 for a bottle of water

Great place to get ripped off when you need to air up your tires! thing is, they know it’s broken yet won’t put up a sign over the machine or anything. Excuse is “it isn’t ours”?? Pure laziness

Never use this gas station again. I went to refill my propane, paid for it, then the lady made me wait, lit a cigarette as she's opening the propane case, then informs me that they have no replacements. But rather than doing the right thing and giving me a refund the clerk made excuses and refused to give me the manager's number. She called him and he refused to come in and give me a refund. Now I have to come in tomorrow when I work two jobs so that I can be the one to come up with a solution to get my money back. That is theft and I will take further action.

If the pregnant and nasty girl behind the counter hates her job so much and does it so poorly why does she still work there? Get a new job if you’re going to be rude and hateful and simultaneously complain about your job to customers. I’m so sick of uneducated and lazy people like you being upset I’d like to drop in and get a Gatorade. I shouldn’t have to listen to your complaints and be spoken rudely to.

The personal are snobby opinionated and need to take a lesson in kindness and gratitude that they can work. I will not visit this shell store, again. I bought 2 burritos, two pkgs cookies and a 2 liter on an EBT Card. They charged me $16 .

Let’s start off with the fact that their bathrooms are closed. My guess is because they don’t want to clean them due to COVID guidelines but who knows. No signs up either so I could have taken by business elsewhere and yes, I looked. They are only in the doors of the restrooms after you walk in the doors.Second, they put a $75 hold on my credit card and then two days later put a TOTAY SEPARATE charge on my card for the gas that I got and still have the $75 hold on my card. This isn’t the first time they’ve pulled this crap with me either. They did it almost two years ago too.Stop anywhere else along the way. This place is a trap and not worth the frustration. Also got way less mileage out of their gas than any other I’ve used.

The man working the counter does amazing jokes.What's the difference between in-laws and outlaws?Outlaws are wanted.Two men broke into a pharmacy and stole all the Viagra they could. The men put out over it for too hardened criminals. You could imagine they stood out.They seem to have a wide variety considering the size of the convenience store. More wine than I was expecting even though it's all barefoot.

My husband works in pest control so he drives all day he had stopped at the Shell to use restroom the men's restroom was out of order so he asked the store clerk if he could use a woman's cause it's a one person restroom she would not let him even tho he was in uniform and company vehicle so he had go away out of the way to use 711 restroom and then and have to go back to his stop close the shell
