I’ve been coming here since 2015 consistently, this is my favorite nail salon in the metro. Karla has been my nail tech now consistently for the last 6 months and she is PHENOMENAL.

Service here is so hit or miss. If you get the wrong person you’ll have terrible looking nails. I’ve been going here 1.5 years and I’m a bit of a pushover but since I’ve decided not to come anymore I’m finally leaving an honest review.
I asked for a French manicure but for it to be blurred or not have a harsh line and instead they game me an uneven ombré. I’d sat there for almost 2 hours and had 3 people work on my nails because they’ll move people around to do as many pedicures as possible.
Then I was tired of being there so I showed her my reference picture again and showed her how they looked nothing alike before leaving. She offered to redo them or give me a discount on my next set but I was over it at this point.
Very dissatisfied and feeling like I wasted $80 for sub par nails.

I had such a great experience with my pedicure and nail service! The salon was clean, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My nail technician Carla was incredibly attentive, gentle, and detailed—she really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. My nails turned out beautiful, exactly how I wanted them, and the pedicure was so soothing, and relaxing. I left feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend Carla if you’re looking for quality and care.

Absolute best service I have received! I have never had my nails done so well, nor with such care! Oh, and don’t get me started on how good the massage was 🤤! My tech definitely loves what she does and I will be coming back as a regular! If you care about how your nails look and how they are cared for, please do not hesitate to get them done at Shellac!!!!!

I have got new shampoo relaxing treatment. It was very much relaxing and smooth. My head felt light and all the stress that’s accumulated was gone. I would surely recommend trying it out.

I dropped by because it was just around the corner, and I needed a pedicure ASAP! Well, that and I took a quick peek at their Yelp, and their page said they had drinks SO off we went. As soon as we dropped in, all the ladies were so friendly! They asked us what we wanted to drink and took us to our pedicure chairs. The drinks did take a while to come, and they did get the drink orders wrong, but you know what, a free margarita is a free margarita! And it was delicious, so it's still a win. Now, as far as the pedicure goes, I do think she was friendly and was nice to ask if the towels are hot, etc, but she didn't take much of her time with the massage. That's usually my favorite part of a pedicure, so I was a little sad that the massage wasn't as long as normal pedicures are. I will say that the friendly service was super welcoming, so it's worth a drop by if you are around the neighborhood.

I love being pampers at Shellac Nails and Spa! The place is so clean and beautiful and the associates are so kind. Unlike most places they ask you questions about how you want your nails rather than just do what they want. I highly recommend you try out Shellac Nails and Spa.
