Guy at the counter quickly and kindly greeted me and helped me find a “close enough” solution to my paint needs. They did not carry the specific line of pain anymore, but he got me something that should work! Was in and out with a new gallon in less than 20 minutes.

Their manager seems pretty racist, mid 20’s guy with a combover type of haircut. Super rude to a hispanic contractor in front of me, gesturing that if he “doesn’t have enough money” to afford his stuff, that sherwin williams will understand. Real nice guy, I believe the issue was that a product was improperly tagged, and combover man was unwilling to honor the price.

Walked in to the store and the dude behind the counter did not greet me or ask if there was anything he could help me find. The guy just looked at me up and down and kept about his business. The saving Grace to this store was the other young man that was working on the computer that stopped what he was doing to help me checkout. I wouldn't give this store business again. I'll stick to Chris in NORMAN.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Jacob was helpful when my husband and I were picking out paint cards and when we came back to buy the paint. I bought several gallons of various colors but they were out of one gallon I needed. However, Jacob found the paint I needed at the Nichols Hills store and asked Aaron there to hold it for me. Jacob even carried all the paint to my car for me. I will definitely come back to this location and highly recommend them!
