I went into my local sherwin Williams earlier today to buy some paint and I saw something that absolutely blew my mind. What I saw was a man berating and verbally abusing one of his employees. I never in my 29 years of life saw anything like this before. I ended up not making a purchase as I felt incredibly uncomfortable, so did all the other people in the store. I saw the young man leaving and asked for his name so I could call corporate and let them know how he is being treated. His name was Hayden or Hunter (something like that). I asked Hayden/Hunter for the managers name and was told his name is Quinton. I will never be going to a sherwin again, so uncomfortable and unprofessional!!!

I called in to ask about a paint, the girl that asisted me had no knowledge about what i was asking which it was easy question to answer, but the part that dissapointed me was how rude she was when i was trying to be friendly, her name i believe is bony, dony can't spell it correctly but she definitely need to learn how to do customer service. Johnny was super helpfull and nice.

No service provided at all. Went in on Saturday, 7/11, with a specific color to match and yet the one employee they had working could not pull it up, regardless of the fact that it had been purchased at Sherwin-Williams and we had the name of the color. Useless and incompetent. Find somewhere else for your paint needs.

We went to this store because of their ratings, apparently those employees no longer work there, Mostly we were ignored but the minute we choose a color the manager was all over us trying to convince us to buy the $100.00 @gal paint. When we declined she couldn’t get away from us fast enough. A commercial customer came in a few minutes later and you would have thought he owned the store. The manager couldn’t wait to begin a loud banter with him that consisted of stories laced with profanity and continued as they walked all over the store so the rest of us had no choice but to listen. When we got outside we realized that the manager had been in such a hurry to chat with her friend that she failed to clean up some paint that spilled on the outside of the can and now we have to get it off the back of our car seat. Next time I think I’ll try Benjamin Moore.

This store has quality service and excellent product selection. The associates working at the store were both exceptionally helpful. We used the heavy duty primer and Emerald paint and both worked very well. The prices are competitive too!
