Pleasant experience Today with one gentleman! The Manager Today with dark hair, Was RUDE!! He apparently did not want to help. He asked , What is that you want to do! Sad when customers are dependent upon his Paycheck!

Fantastic service! I took back a paint that I had chosen without any consultation. It was such an awful color. I figured maybe they could just donate it to someone else. Instead, they worked very hard to mix it further to get it to a color I could live with. He also gave me options to consider if it doesn’t work out. So patient and helpful. You just don’t get service like that anywhere.

Great experience at Shermin Williams this weekend. Was panicking when we moved into our new house and didn’t have the original interior color for our guest rooms (the previous HO’s painted them bright blue and pink!). The guys at SW did a color match off of the 1-inch swatch I cut off one of my walls and it was a 99.9% perfect match. It’s crazy how well it matches the grey interior we have. Would highly recommend SW if you can’t find the point color you’re looking for. Only took 10 minutes and was only like $30 for a gallon!

I love Sherwin Williams, but I wouldn't recommend this store to ANYONE! Employees aren't half bad, but the management is absolutely trash, it's a shame considering how much I love Sherwin Williams

Goto any other sherwin williams in the metro, the managers here are disrespect and absolutely not helpful. So if you want the worst experience and to be treated like trash feel free to come here

Incredibly rude employees who think it's ok to speak over their customers. If your customers can't talk, you can't figure out what they need. It's paint samples, it shouldn't be hard.

I did an online order for the N Pennsylvania store 7-23-22 before closing & received confirmation that the paint was In Stock but if there was issue I would be contacted, i never got an email saying there was an issue so I was in the area at 2pm Sunday 7.24.22 & stopped to see if I could pick it up, Travis immediately got agitated and started talking over me stating they had up to 15 days to fill orders. I asked if he could just check to see & he said he didn’t have to check he knew they didn’t have it, he never asked what my name or order number was. He was extremely rude!! I left and went to The Village store where Jackson was extremely nice and helpful in getting the order cancelled and taking care of my order!

The help I received at this store was incredible! A young lady named Kristen helped me and she was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed and appreciated while in the store. I will go back and highly recommend anyone looking to buy paint to go see her. She’s great.

They did not have the paint I needed so I stepped away from the counter (so he could help another customer) and called my husband to see what he wanted to do. While on the phone the employee, Travis, calls me rude. I wasn't sure I heard him correctly and asked if he called me rude, he said he did and proceeded to call me rude again. Then he proceeds to tell me not to come back.
