I was amazed at how wonderful and helpful Trent Cowen is! On one of my worst days, he made me feel welcome and like he truly cared about my need for storage. He keeps that property spotless and is always kind, considerate, and professional. I just can’t say enough about this wonderful young man. I will never store anywhere else again!

I recently moved to Oklahoma and rented a storage unit at this particular location close to where I reside. There were some billing issues with the previous manager, but once Trent, of Simply Self Storage, the property manager, he resolved the billing issue promptly and professionally. When Self Storage took over Simply Self Storage, I Thought that Trent would no longer work at this location. To my surprise, he continued to stay on. He is personable, and when I go to my storage unit, he is faithfully ensuring that the property is clean, that the units are well kept And if there are any concerns with the storage unit, he promptly executes the problem. It is a pleasure to work with someone that has integrity and work ethics.

The staff was polite. The outside area was clean. No scattered trash. Easy access to the storage area. The drainage ditches were deep and, therefore, forced vehicles to drive slow.

Clean facility. Used them for a while. Thankfully I didn't need to rent the space anymore because the price has gone up and from the looks of it, every so many months the prices at these storage facilities go up a tab bit. Prices are rising everywhere
