This place is a joke! They’re never here, even though they live on the property. If you need help, you’re out of luck. The property manager is never available during scheduled hours, and the person who works here simply doesn’t do their job. They need new management and customer service representatives. I would give them a 00000, but it’s not available. I’ll never refer anyone to this public storage facility.This place is a joke! They’re never here, even though they live on the property. Property is very well kept, Manager Lela is very nice and was knowledgeable and made the renting process super easy and quick, thanks again

This is my second time using this Public Storage and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is always very friendly and professional, and the customer service is excellent. The facility is spotless, well-kept, and very well maintained. I feel confident storing my belongings here and appreciate how easy and stress-free the whole process is. Highly recommend!

I am moving off to college soon and the remainder of my stuff had to go into a storage for room at my parents home! The units were very spacious and Leila ruled out all of concerns I had about security and safety of the units. I recommend.

Best customer service I have seen at any of public storage facilities. Leila answered all my questions and assisted in my decision on what size unit best fit my needs . Will for sure be telling people about this facility and staff. Keep up the good work Leila!
