Scammers!!!! They tell you that you get 1 month for $1. They LIE. My contract began October 11th, I paid $51.71 to begin with. They told me November would be $1. My card was charged $75.60 on November 2nd. NOT even one month after I signed up. There's also no corporate number to call. I highly recommend going elsewhere!!!

***Update- Someone from Public Storage called me, I forgot her name but she was very nice. She refunded my money and was very apologetic about my experience.****
I called Public Storage on 8/10/25 to view the storage facility to see if it would work for our needs but they said they don't allow that and I would have to reserve the unit. They said if it doesn't work for us that we would receive a refund.
It didn't work for us so I called the same day that I reserved the unit to cancel. They said they would issue a refund. A few days later I didn't receive a refund nor a confirmation so I called again and at that point they said the request would have to go through the property manager. They said they would message the property manager.
A few day later I never received a call so I called the property directly which took an act of congress to find this information. I had to leave a voicemail and I still haven't received a call back.
I have to dispute the charge with my bank in order to receive a refund. I would not recommend Public Storage to anyone.

we rented a unit online and once we got to the unit we realized it was too small. we went into the office where we met Joe. he was so helpful in getting us moved into another unit. he took the time to explain and showed us the unit before we committed to getting it. thanks to Joe it was a painless experience. his manner and the way he cared about our needs was incredible.

We just moved into one of the storage units and we’re just blown away. The security of the gate and being able to unlock the gate from my phone is SO great. The storage unit itself was immaculate. The walls are so reinforced, the concrete in front of the unit leading inside is sloped for easy access with things with wheels, and the garage type door made it so much easier to put our bigger items inside with ease. Thank you Robert!!

Don't store anything of value here. This storage location is not secure. My unit was broken into--someone hopped the fence with bolt cutters and cut off my locks. Management does not have cameras facing the units, only on entrance.

Tha app informed me I owed $187.00 for storage on Grand Blvd. When I took in the check, the computer said $191.00. Robert did his best to explain the indefencable and deal with my disgust and mistrust with Public Storage.
