Very disappointed in this bed. We spent north of $11,000.00 and we can’t get any customer service. Every time we talk to someone at the store we get a different story. Do your research before you buy one. For $11,000.+ you can buy 3 very nice beds without the motor “ white noise “ that keeps you awake all night. If we could get our money back on this bed we would 100%. Too many issues to sound off on here. Still have issues with sore joints no matter what “ number” I put it on. By the way, you can’t connect with customer service because they’re always closed even if the manager tells you they’re open until 8:00. Oh, and by the way the “ free delivery” isn’t free!

Very nice experience at OKC store; knowledgeable sales person; no pressure felt to buy on the spot; covered all the essentials of types of bed; what's included; warranties, etc. And able to deliver in 7-10 days.......Bravo

Dwight is a very honest and friendly. Very helpful when we bought our bed from him in 2019 and again today when trying to reorder their blanket. Thank you dwight!

I didn't even go here but Netflix played a sleep number ad mid roll even though I pay subscriptions so I'm leaving a bad review because the yokes at the top of these companies think I'm really gonna pay to watch their ads and then I will be more inclined to buy their trashy air mattresses with a sewn cover.

Had a few issues but the service guys and an amazing gal named Toni, in customer service, helped work to resolve them. That’s all you can ask for in a day and age when not many company’s care about the customers because there is zero accountability in our country. Thank you Sleep Number for being accountable.

This store isn’t worth stopping at! Ordered the wrong sheets, and we had to go out of our way to return and get the correct sheets reordered and then it takes several weeks to finally receive. The pillow ordered, came ripped… they failed to figure out the 100% Disabled Veteran Tax Exemption! So NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!

Excellent show room, Products are well displayed and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Sales Representative Dwight is very knowledgeable, pleasant, respectful and extremely helpful. Dwight answered all our questions and replied to all my texts/emails in a very timely manner.

Bed disconnected from WiFi. You have to buy a remote. It doesn't come with the bed. You have to use your cell phone. Cost me $144 just for them to come out to repair it. No parts needed. They had to reset my WiFi with their equipment. That's not cool. ?

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. WORST customer service experience I've had with any company.My wife and I ordered a bed a month and a half in advance for our relocation across the country. We had a delivery date set a month in advance.The day of the scheduled delivery, I received a call saying that the bed wouldn't be delivered for another 2 weeks. We called our sales rep Tami because we had no place to stay after that night. She said she moved the delivery date to the next day (a day after our originally scheduled date).That day, the bed was not delivered during the scheduled timeframe. We received an email and call saying that the delivery had again been pushed back, this time 7 days. We tried calling and texting Tami multiple times, but never got a response. When we called the store, they said she was busy with a customer.Although we canceled our order (after waiting on hold for 30 mins), we have incurred another 4 nights of hotel expenses while we wait for another company to deliver a mattress. I wish we had never considered Sleep Number and would strongly advise people to avoid ordering from them.
