Smart period are crooks got a handheld device but never used it they charged me $162.93 and when I sent it back like they instructed and filled out everything they sent me the kept givin me the run around no one ever answers phone no one can ever help worst customer service ever always sends u back to anwering service message ask to speck to supervisor they won’t it’s straight bs

Jake did an excellent job on installing my device! I was told by another company that the make and model of my car was too difficult To install an interlock in. Not true for Jake! He got it done in two hours! Efficient and friendly!

I definitely recommend this location. Jake has been amazing these past 6 months and helping me get through this whole process. He explained everything very well in the beginning and he even remembered which car I had which I thought was nice. If I ever need one again hopefully not I would come back

How am I suppose to get a hold of you guys for a violation and have it resolved if you don’t have a direct number to reach you at. If the number I call is automated which isn’t going to fix a dang thing. I have a count down of 25 hrs now. I’ve spent all week trying to get ahold of someone. I HAVE PASSED EVERY TEST…. TAKEN EVERY TEST but have a count down of hrs so obviously I’m coming to a lock out point and how exactly am I suppose to get this corrected if yall don’t even stay at the shop all day!

Do not use this company. Their equipment does not work and they charge you every time it happens. There is no help from customer support.
