My child has been attending this facility for 3 years and 4 months and they have been fantastic my child suffers with behavioral issues also but they handle it very well he has never came home with the mark on him that they didn't tell me about beforehand kids hurt themselves and they have a wonderful park outside the children are always so happy when you come in so I would think of anything negative was to go on here why would these children be so happy I would recommend this place to anyone as I already have in the past great job Southwest child development I wouldn't have done it without y'all

It's very disheartening to find a facility like this. My little girl (4) was here for no longer than 12 days. She was treated so poorly by the teachers. She continuously has told me when the teacher would get mad at her she would take her arm and slap it repeatedly, they would not follow what I asked for continuing her potty training to get her completed on that, continuously has peebon herself, wet clothes etc, they wouldn't return her clothes to me until the next week stale in a bag smelling horrible. I finally pulled her from this facility, was denied all access to cameras to be able to see what was going on, and all while explaining to the director that these teachers need more traing and more schooling all she cares about was if she was going to receive a payment that I had no idea I even owed, saying I owed 2 months of 129$ and she was there for a total of 12 days. Facility's like this make it very scary and hard for parents to trust daycares to promptly watch their children. Just please be mindful and try another facility before this one. I've already found an amazing facility that asked me so many questions about the last and unfortunately they have already heard the horror stories from this place, just a mother here to warn other parents of the possible bruises and unwelcomed behavior against children. Just very very disheartening to have my child go through what she did here.

Been to different center and the Director handles my Autistic Child very well and wouldn’t go anywhere else besides family/home.

I absolutely love this daycare!... My 4 yr old Son has had some behavioral issues... This daycare along with myself has really worked through so many issues with my Son. I am so glad I finally found a daycare tht actually works with kids. They have been so good to us and I absolutely adore all the teachers. This daycare has routine.. and curriculum. Very clean facility as well... So very thankful to all who have help me guide my lil guy in the right direction ❤️

Ever since the owners changed this place is very unprofessional & I wouldn’t recommend . Director & teachers are very rude. If I could rate 0/5 stars I would.

I personally have my children attend there. It is one of the best daycares around. They are responsible and honest.

These people DONT CARE ABOUT CHILDREN. Please be aware of these ladies that work there they’re not professional at all they’re rude and they scream at their kids. I have seen it with my own eyes how ruthless they are. My little brother was assaulted by a lady from the cafeteria she’s friends with a short chunky girl that’s rude to the little kids the reason I know why is cause I’ve been there couple times to pick up my lil brother I seen them how bad they treat the kids I wanted to snap at one of them when I heard them tell the poor little kids to “SHUT UP.” And the director she’s Philippine she was very racist with my mom and she didn’t think what the lady from the cafeteria did to my little brother wasn’t serious at all when she wasn’t supposed to touched my 3 year old little brother when all he was doing was playing with the other kids she came out of the cafeteria and she picked him up threw him against the floor he has bruises on his elbows. BE AWARE OF WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE YOUR LEAVING YOUR KIDS TOO.

I have been calling for weeks and left my name and number serve times. And even emailed the family advocate there and no response back. This left me at no point but having to quit my job to take care of my kids, it was the last place I thought I had hope in to go back to work. And I was comfortable taking my kids cause I once worked there and other family members have been there before. Sure as gone down hill since then.

My daughter was attending this facility for 3 1/2 year's and had the best care from her first 2 teacher's, but once she got moved into the other building I started receiving phone calls and/or notes when I would pick her up and the teachers wouldn't directly speak to me. It was through someone else but they made it seem like my child was just "horrible". Yet my child would come home always peeing on herself she was terrified to even ask to use the restroom and my daughter would tell me how one teacher would tell her to shut up and this teacher was pinching her. I called the director and she said "no my teacher wouldn't do anything like that". My child got moved into another class and this particular day my daughter came home and said that her teacher took her into the restroom and hit her. Again I spoke with the director and she said the same thing again "no my teacher wouldn't do that." When I asked if I could come view the camera the director told me no. I trusted thisfacility to care for my child just for them to treat me and my child horrible horrible I regret all my trust time and respect wasted at this place please don’t take your kids here Don’t do it

As an adult now, I look upon my past memories of this place with only positive and wonderful memories. Always willing to go the extra mile and always having an open ear. Truly caring and amazing people. Highly recommend.
