I've waited two months for the printer at my business to be fixed. Matter of fact I had to call them and ask for an update since it's been so long. They actually lost my order so no one had any clue what was going on when I called. I pay a yearly service fee to this company and they lose my order and no one follows up with me? Every time I call they just say they'll call me back with an update. When their techs come out they do the bare minimum of work and then leave without giving me an update on the work that was performed.

Really cool building inside. What printer sales place has a full service printing setup inside that you can use if your equipment breaks down and youre on a tight time budget?.....Standley does.

I used them when I owned a different business, they now service some of my clients in my current venture and have been super easy to work with on support related issues, which are rare but of course do come up. Customer service has always been friendly, which is rare in 2019 IMO.
