I went to fax some documents to social security and I payed before at there fax machine, I then didn't like the price I asked one of does associates if they knew any other place for fax as I could not pay the price I still have yet to get my money back and they still refuse to pay me my money that I did not get the services,for all faxing in this area go to the Belle Isle library it's free

the Awesome lady doing my scans on 08-06-23 is the reason I go to Staples because it's better than any competition on price and time! But she is wayyyyy more helpful than the manager ever was to me she should be the manager ASAP!!!!

Went in to deliver a package and the machine was down, but the guy was so nice and apologetic. So as I was wondering in the store, Crystal (helping from another store) came over to tell me the items I was looking at was on sale for 70%. She was so nice, I wanted to give her a shout out for her assistance. Also, the front staff was very friendly and nice, too.

I have been coming to Staples for printing services for over three years. Every single time that I have come to the main location the printing rules have been different. I have to go back-and-forth with someone every single time to get the help that I need. They are not willing to help. Today is my last time using staples.

i went here tonight to buy a gaming chair for my boyfriend for christmas. the chair is listed on their website for $119. the manager said she would get one in the back for me, but it would not be $119 because they cannot price match it. she also told me i HAVE to also purchase the protection plan with it, because i am buying it in store and not online. she said there policy is that you HAVE to include the protection plan when buying in store, and if i wanted to avoid that i would have to pay for it online instead. that made no sense to me. i said i didn’t want the protection plan, and she then told me i’m not required to. she wasn’t making any sense and changing her story multiple times. she then finally told me she COULD price match it so i agreed to buy it. she then informed me that a mat for the chair would be included so i was happy with it. come to find out, i was charged for the mat, AND the protection plan that i specifically said i did not want like three times. i called a different staples location, they said all of that is not true whatsoever and that it’s actually MORE expensive to purchase a protection plan online then it is in store. thankfully the other location will be refunding me for that, because i ended up paying an extra $50 than i was supposed to. the manager at the other location also informed me they have a commission deal going on right now where if they sell it to you that way, they get commission from it. so she lied to me on purpose for money. do not go to this location. absolutely ridiculous.

If you want to spend $17.00 for what should have cost under $2.00 and be ignored by the 2 people in the print area and 2 other store employees, and you go into the store because their web site wasn't working, so taking an hour for what should have taken 10 minutes, and then struggle to get 2 copies made while the print employees, who say they can't help you, do nothing, then this is the place for you. I've probably spend more than $1500 printing here and this is what it has devolved into.

I went in with a $500 shopping list. Manager was rude, she followed me around the store like I was going to steal something.Mind you I have a company work polo on from my place of employment. When asked about limits of certain items, her response was short and hateful. I ended up leaving, only to have her stare me down from the entrance as I walked to my car.I went to a competitor. Ended up spending $500 there.Will not return.
