Great experience and great staff. My dog boarded for a few days, and went to daycare for a few hours. I can tell he really enjoyed his stay and I have no complaints!

The people here are so kind and welcoming. I had to go on a trip out of the country and I even called because I missed my babies so much. They were kind enough to let me know how they were doing and kept me informed. They showed me the area where they would be and they were very organized with everyone having labels on their food. They kept me up to date if they were sad and not eating their food. When I picked them up, I had scheduled a bath and they were all bathed and ready for pickup. All their toys were together in their bags and it was a smooth pick up. I wanted to use them again for Thanksgiving but they already had a waitlist. People know a good place. I highly recommend STAY!

Excellent boarding location. We kept our dog there for 17 days and she was well cared for. We would call to check in and they would give us updates.

Disappointing. I wanted to love this place. It was going to be our new boarding facility because they treated my dogs and us well. They were very accommodating...till they weren't. I boarded my dogs here for a week and my dog got attacked at their daycare facility during this time. They told me more than 3 times that it was not my dogs fault, he didn't do anything to provoke the other dog, didn't fight back, nothing. My dog ended up staying the night at the vet and getting stitches ($$$). They expected me to pay for my dogs vet visit. Which I would have....except that sounds like my dog was at fault for the fight. Which he was not. They completely understood, but mentioned that I had signed something stating that I would be liable if something happened. I didn't remember that, so I asked to see it. They sent what I had signed, and nothing stated that I would be liable, only stating that he COULD go to daycare and it would cost extra to just the boarding fee (totally worth it for my dog to have exercise). I don't know if it was a mix up on anyone's part, but I didn't sign a liability waiver. Stay Kennels then covered my vet costs. I am so grateful for them for doing so, and that solidified the fact that I would be going to them for my next boarding, probably for life. So here I am, trying to board them for 12 days for my honeymoon and the owners of Stay are mad at me because my dog got attacked at their facility and they covered my vet bills. Which I thought was doing good business. My dog will not be allowed to go to daycare during his stay. My dog loves daycare, and cannot just be in a kennel for his entire stay, he's a year old and needs exercise. And I do not appreciate being "punished" for a situation I thought was taken care of. My dog is fantastic, and at his usual daycare, he is the dog they use for temperament testing because he gets along with everyone. I'm sorry they lost business. I wanted to love this place.

Excellent service! They are so great with my dog! She gets so happy every time we pull into the parking lot she can’t wait to get inside! They really love animals and you can tell as their staff loves on the animals and are so patient with them and do everything to provide your dog and/or cat with a positive experience! They are now my favorite go to place whenever I have to go out of town or need a doggy daycare! Their facility is clean, well taken care of, and the staff are always welcoming and professional with a smile! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

Best dog daycare I’ve used! I love the amazing staff. They really love the animals that come in. My Great Dane looks forward to going every time. They have a HUGE outdoor field for the large dogs which really gives him room to run. Also pricing is very reasonable compared to other dog daycares. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing place to take your dog!

We use Stay for regular daycare and boarding. We originally chose Stay because of the large outdoor area for the dogs to run and play. It’s exactly what a hyper doodle needs to burn off some energy. The staff is absolutely incredible! Our dog is not the easiest to deal with, but they’ve always been extremely kind and patient with him. I don’t know what I’d do without Stay. They are the best of the best!

I’ve been taking my dog here for almost 10 years! The staff love and care for my old man the way I would. This is a great place to board your dog or even just doggy day care!

We love boarding our pup here when we travel! They have multiple options for kennel sizes and even tv entertainment options to keep your animals relaxed while they are away from home. The customer service here has been unmatched to other facilities that we have used for boarding in the past and the location is perfect for picking up and dropping off. Highly recommend giving them a try next time you need to board your animals.

I wouldn't recommend this kennel. We were promised daily updates and videos. This was especially important to us since this was the first time we had left our dog there. We had to call repeatedly to get updates and then it seemed like we were never speaking to the people actually caring for our dog.

Very disappointed in this place. We came in for an evaluation, and passed it….and we booked our dog to come back the next day to be boarded with daycare for 4 days. We had snow that day but there was NO accumulation on the roads, barely any on the grass, and all roads were clear and fine. We had to leave for our trip at 8 am the next morning, they said “see you tomorrow morning at 7!” And when I arrived at 7am, NO ONE WAS THERE. No one answered the phones either. I had to quickly call other dog boarding places to see if I could get in and fortunately I found one to take our dog. Stay did not call me until NOON that day to say they were sorry and they “had trouble getting to work”….to me, there is NO excuse for this. It caused a delay in our trip and chaos trying to find another place. Not to mention, other people showed up and were also frustrated that they were not notified about daycare being closed.Something told me that this wasn’t going to be the place for our dog and I ignored my gut. My mistake. I wasn’t terribly impressed to begin with as their general functioning seemed to be lacking organization. Maybe at one time they were good but currently, I feel they are disorganized. When they did finally call me they offered our stay for free but that was way too little too late. We HAD to leave for our business trip and immediately make other arrangements! They called 5 hours later! Very frustrating to say the least. If they had other dogs being boarded over night, and needed to be fed or medicated in the morning, would that not have been a major problem? No excuse. This was terrible management. And we will not be going back.
