From Day 1 to the day I moved out, Tammy was gracious, kind, beyond helpful—always going the extra mile; patient answering questions. I was looking for a location in South OKC—this location is safe. Rented a climate controlled indoor unit. I was pleased to see the rolling cart inside for customer use. That was sure convenient. I was able to move my stuff in and out quickly. They lived up to every part of their agreement; no surprises. I’d rent here again! THANK YOU, TAMMY!

I called about renting one of your units and Tammy was fantastic she answered all my questions she went above and beyond And I will definitely be coming to rent a unit and letting everyone I know which public storage they can go to for any of their storage needs.

I bought a new storage and a 1.5 hours later I went back to inform them I didn't need it. I never even entered the storage. I was told I couldn't get a refund. That's not cool at all.
