I have 2 units at this location and one of my units requires extra attention by the staff and upper management to accept packages and they have been a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. They are very friendly, the office and property is well maintained and always clean. Highly recommended!

Today I visit the public storage located at 9720 South Morgan Road, in Yukon Oklahoma.I have the pleasure of working with a very kind Ms Mariea. She made the process very simple and easy because she was very knowledgeable using the PS system which was a plus because online PS forces you to buy their insurance, the lock and auto pay which she was able removed all of these extra online retirement except for the lock. Once a customer brings their own lock for the unit she will remove the PS lock and payments for the lock which was like $16 and then it says something about a $50 return once you return it back, so I guess they might put a hold on your account for that lock. Not sure how that works, being she removed all of that which was awesome not having all those fees and waiting 3 to 5 business days for the credit.Online seems fast and easy, but accumulating all the extra fees, it was best for me to go in person, plus you all know I'm a people-person.Ms. Mariea, was thorough going over the long agreement. PLEASE READ AND LISTEN CAREFULLY so you know what you're signing.I will return and update on my move-in-date with pictures of the unit.Yes, was in the Sparebox storage unit but this is their 3rd time going up on this unit in 7 months. Totally ridiculous.These storage places know that most customers don't want to have seek and search for another Storage, then get a rental truck to move again and again putting stress on the customers, so they just keep raising the rent.One the customer will be upset and just accept it for two you'll be like me it is the principle of the matter that you keep raising your rent so therefore I will look for another Storage Company.I will always search for a good clean safe low cost Storage Unit.We all love great customer service great prices clean units for the price I understand inflation but over and over and over and over laugh out loud it's ridiculous do your homework always follow and I'll keep you updated whether Public Storage will go up within the year have a wonderful blessed day and thank you Ms. Mariea ? ???for all your great ⭐️⭐️?⭐️⭐️service.?
