While other reviews are correct that prices do get raised and online prices are a bit misleading, I have never had any issues with my unit or the people who are on site. Cynthia at I-240 OKC location has been super helpful during stressful move. I will say that their website has been glitching for days, and they make setting things up sometimes impossible. but the helpfulness of the staff on-site outweighed the frustration of dealing with a bigger company that's not as focused on customer service.

Any time I rented from these folks they we’re always very kind and helpful. My belongings were always safe.

they advertise a price online, after you've used your unit for a few months you get priced jacked and they will never bring you back down despite advertising lower online prices

Do not reccommend. I went by inquiring about a unit in August for October when I move. They took my name and number and told me they would call when one came open. He estimated beginning of September. I called to check in and see if they had anyone moving out and one coming open. They had to take my name and number again. I didn’t want to get to October when I had to move out and have no place to take my things. I called middle of September after not hearing anything from them. They had to take my name and number again. Like the list kept getting lost. He said he should have some 10x10 coming open that weekend. I told him to call me when they do and I’ll take one. Never heard anything. I eventually just gave up and went to SecurCare Self Storage. They have been great! So organized and easy! I never called to take my name off the list since I found something just to see if I would ever get a call. Here we are at the end of November and I never receivedj a call. I’m glad I didn’t wait around. I would’ve had nowhere to take my things. They may be the cheapest but they aren’t the best out there.

I've been there for 2 years now and I'm so happy I stopped looking after I found Storage World.. It by far is top of the line!!! Richard and his wife go above and beyond for their people. The most understanding couple I've ever met.. If you need a storage check this one out!!! You will not look any further I promise!!Renee

Ive left voicemails on concerns and still no call back its been a week . I was given a gate code but the room they gave me requires a pin which i never received I've called the branch but apparently they cannot give me the code their offices are closed due to covid I've tried to contact and Noone ever calls back(my things got wet because i had to leave them on a trailer over night)

Rates are acceptable, business hours on the phone are different from yelp. I tried to cancel my unit. Instructions state " Call the property manager." I called automated asked to leave a message. When prompt the recording kept repeating itself. The unit was spacious due to the misleading advertising I will not return as a customer.

I spoke with someone over the phone. I asked for Pricings for different units but once I got to the location CARA gave me different prices. This lady talks in circles. And VERY slow. I thought my experience was going to be fast and smooth since I'd had talked to a nice lady over the phone already. Instead it took 30 minutes for CARA to sign me in. Once I agree to the bs price she gave me (since I had the truck outside and loaded. ) she throws me a $15 insurance on top of my total. Wtf. I said I don't need insurance I rather not get it. She demanded that it was a requirement. I was soooo annoyed at this point I was ready to walk out. Then a different lady jumped in saying "you don't have to have insurance if you don't want to " (wtf !? !) I said, "CARA just said twice that's a "requirement " Cara doesn't have customer service experience and the way she talks (SLOW AND IN CIRCLES !) It's annoying. Definitely wore out my patience. Cara doesn't move fast enough. The only reason why I'm giving it an extra star is because the location /units were clean.
