Sharde and Ms Etta. I definitely want to appreciate these two! They said the bar extremely high. Due to having a malfunctioning, when ordering food online. It caused my food to be lost! Unfortunately Subway does not have a customer service number, when it comes to trying to get a refund or canceling the order through the app. These two right here, helped me get my order fixed, and it was delicious! Thank you team

Store closed early. Lady came out and told me they didn’t want to break out more ingredients or do her job. Must be nice to not do your job.

I'm not saying this for all of their employees but I was trying to be a future employee and I walked in there to ask about my application because the manager told me that I was supposed to be the next one hired I went in to check on my application and asked the lady you should politely as she told me to my face that they were not hiring come back again later I said okay I've already talked to the manager I was supposed to be hired soon I'll talk to her to see if you're telling the truth and then she started going off on me I went to go to Walmart right down the street from them to check on my application and as I went to walk and hear her complaining about how apparently I was rude and she tried to get my attention and I told her I was no longer interested in working with somebody with such poor customer service and going to treat people with such attitude when I'm a future employee trying to work there and I have two years experience at Subway and I've never seen that Subway employee work I can see why they're never busy even one of their employees says they're so slow and they have to cut down hours and I can see why

They apparently don't close at 9:30, but sometimes earlier than that. The employees were there and the lights were on, but the door was locked. The time on the door and here on Google show 9:30, so someone clearly needs to update the hours.

Took my sandwiches to go, was out quickly. Great service from Raven and probably the cleanest subway I’ve seen in idk how long and l eat subway twice a week at least. ?

Ordered online came to get order they weren't ready so I told them I put it in I guess they didn't receive it so I'm telling them the sandwich they don't even know what goes on them and they looked very high the bread was

The two girls working didn't even know what a cold cut was, so they told my husband they don't make those any more we ordered 3/ 6in sandwiches the lady flattened my bread like a pancakes, would Hardley make eye contact and talk to us rude beside us keeping a smile the next customer where of color and the service they received was up standing so I guess one could say I don't think this location like white people sadly to say.. what a shame so young and so much hate. Lots of love sweeties. We dined in btw we love everyone equal

I showed up to this place 25 minutes before closing and the employee came outside to lock the door and said they weren't taking anymore orders . What's the point of itsaying it's open until 9:30 when the employees are rejecting customers and closing 25 minutes earlier.

Shanita is a good employee. Always smiling ready for work and makes this a good atomsphere. Napoleon is cool too. He’s a good GM but They are all good people here.

We chose this Subway to get our lunch right for my daughter’s birthday party. Napoleon was the best! He helped us get it all sorted out and got going early to help us meet our timeline. The kids (and their guardians) loved it! We eat at this location at least once a week, but we will definitely remember Subway, and this location specifically, for any big order.

Ordered an online order. And we I got home my order was almost completely wrong. Had the wrong bread and cheese, not toasted like I asked, and just tasted awful. If you have the time definitely drive to the Classen location. They always get it right and is delicious.
