They’re scammers. They never changed my mom’s Diesel filter…which led her truck to damage….Make sure they're actually doing the job to y'all's vehicles!! They’re racist too. The old hag made a comment about my momma for not speaking english.

Had my oil changed and they either didn’t tighten the drain plug or tighten the oil filter or didn’t remove the old gasket off of the old oil filter causing my Honda to leak almost all of the oil out. They said it was saturated with oil all underneath my Honda. I pulled over right after getting my oil changed and it was dry. Also said it probably was rear end seal. Lol. So lousy of service. Check your report. They do not check most of the things they say they do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them to any one. They knew it was their fault but tried blaming it on something else. Also I had taken my Honda to another shop just before I was at this joke of a place and they told me I was almost out of oil and to take it back to where I got my last oil change and see if they admit to anything. Well I did take it back and they blamed other things. I haven’t lost any oil since. And it’s been a week.

I've been coming to Super Quick on South Shields since they opened ...I don't always feel like changing my own. Brought in a lot of cars and pickups for Lube, Oil, Filter over the years - had them flush and change the rearend on my one ton Ford Camper once. Never a problem. Just checking them online to see if they can recharge the AC in my current old car because I couldn't remember if they do that ...they do -so I'll be going down for that soon too.

I being here for several years bring in my 4 vehicle for full service, everything was ok until they live towels inside Air filter of my 2004 dodge ram cummins, I was driving these truck for while, everything was ok till I was driving to weatheford Oklahoma to work and I heard cranking my truck, I have to towing my truck from Cherokee exit west 1-40 to mechanic shop,The diagnostic was that these towels sock in to the turbo and broke up turbo, manifolf etc. Etc, these cost me almost 5k of my pocket, I take all the proves and pictures to these place to Mr Warren, he never call me back and I did call him today 10/10/2023, he just said they not paying anything, these guy don't care about customers , they should investigate more, they just go whit the easy way to said no paying that's all, the most reason I post these is because ppl need keep eye to these place, you can be victim of these issues too,I don't feel like do these, but I can said keep an eye, if you take your car to these place..

Incompetent, lazy, uneducated. If it looks too complicated, they're scared of figuring things out. It is too much for their pea sized brains.That is what they are here. As soon as they saw a cover for the underside, they decided they could not do it because "it goes too far back." ?The cover is literally 2ft from under the front bumper to just behind the engine. And 3ft from side to side.Also, there is a part of the cover that can be popped in and out just for an oil change, took the other place literally not even a minute each time to take out and put back in.So apparently, they are lazy. And don't want to put in a small amount of work to make money. And if it looks too complicated, they refuse service.

Needed an oil change, got it done and I was out in 10 minutes. Great service and definitely coming again when needed!
