If i could give them negative a hundred stars i would Worst sales people I've ever experienced i went in after work i asked them to fix my bill they are charging me these mystery fees out of no where somehow I'm always behind they can't tell me anything and after all said and done, told me have a good day canceling my service!! and never going with them again I recommend not using their service find a different carerrier best advice I can give the community

My daughters and I came to upgrade a phone and switch numbers, we were helped by Johnathan. He was so IMPRESSIVE, INFORMATIVE AND PERSONABLE. He was able to review my account for inaccurate charges since I moved from Sprint and explain the benefits of being with T-Mobile now, told me about the current promotions and help me decide on which phone would be a better deal, ALL while playing a game of hangman with one of my daughters and listen to the other talk about middle school drama. He provided excellent customer service. Fast forward an hour later, I forgot to tell Jonathan that I did not have a sim card for the older phone we activated. We went back to the store, this time with my teenage son in tow. He was with another customer but when he finished, he came straight to help us again with a smile and set the SIM card quickly. He then engrossed my teenage son in conversation too. Jonathan mentioned he was heading to lunch when he saw us but wanted to make sure everything was done correctly on his part. THIS GUY IS AMAZING!

Been with them for years, then I left. When I came back in July I was told I had to pay off a phone.I was praying the phone off, TMOBILE thought it was ok to try to take the money it's my account. I went to the bank, I shut them off. I got a letter saying the phone had been paid off, then 2 weeks later I get another letter saying they are sending me to collections cuz I didn't pay the phone off & I STILL owe over $600.00.......i don't think so, I only owe $400.00.I've saved all my stuff from this company. I'm getting a lawyer, I'm going to another company. Cox phone.They shouldn't have sent me a letter saying I paid the phone off & THEY OWE ME $200.00.....I WAS PAYING THE PHONE OFF, that's ok. I'll go after them, I got ALL the paperwork to prove I'm right.

I was promised to pick up my phone today after I added a line in my family plan on Tuesday. I was told that all phones are sold out! Dylan was responsible from this purchase. When I asked him on Tuesday if I have to pay anything for the phone, he said no “you can pay when you come to pick it up”. He was not at the store when I arrived. Someone called him and he said “it was not guaranteed that he will get the phone”. This is not true and not acceptable. I was going to pre-order the phone so it can be shipped to me but he changed my mind and said “it will be earlier if you come and pick it up on Friday” I am very upset right now because I had to leave work to pick up the phone. I went there for no reason! No phone, no pre-order! Ridiculous!

When I arrived they was a line. The manager didn’t try to help. She just stood there and looked as the line got longer. When i finally got help by amazing workers Shelby H , Grant S , they did amazing. They were the only two helping people out. Beautiful conversations made us laugh.

I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to do it because Jayla from T-Mobile in Belle Isle did such a great job of explaining the the benefits of remaining with them. She was unaware that I intended to terminate my contract with T-Mobile and join a competitor, but I am confident that my family will stay because Jayla's enthusiasm and humility in responding to my queries and worries.

Jayla, was such a joy and an abundance of help. She calmed our concerns after our broadband malfunctioned. She was patient, calm and understanding. I think l return again.

I went to store and Grant assisted me. He is the best. He figured out the issue and fixed it in a flash. Very kind and spent time showing me how to continue fixing myself. I mostly want to say Grant is the best and great representative of T-Mobile
