Parking has several deep pot holes that will bend your bumper and damage your truck. But the staff here was great especially the general manager and Aren in the shop is great. Thank you for taking care of the problem ☺️

Place is dirty employees are rude not a welcoming place to rest when weary from the road. The manager tried to id me while quietly sitting in the driver lounge saying she has to verify my cdl to allow me to sit in the lounge. I have a cdl A but I’m not letting someone id me like that. I don’t usually care about cleanliness to much but this ta was especially nasty better off going across the street.

The shop manager here at the TA is an amazing woman that did her job and made sure our truck got back on the road fast and easy with her team. We had our truck taken to a TA in Sayer, Oklahoma and I had the fuel filters changed out and was told that it was all done next thing you know we have to take our truck to the shop and pay $2000 to have it fixed and still didn’t get it fixed all because we didn’t think that the fuel filters and water separators because they were brand new were bad that was put in from the TA Sayer well the fuel filters changed out, cleaned out the water separator, and then their job. We are so amazed with this group of fine young people we appreciate And we will greet be back and we will send you guys more customers will tell everybody how good you did us and thank you for all your work Quality work here if you need your truck worked on here

Clean showers , friendly people . From the fuel counter Kenya , her manager and the lady cleaning the showers . Helpful attitude . Very clean for a TA and friendly employees . A rare gem. If you know you know 😉. Don’t be a jerk and things will sail smoothly .

Needed to replace a tire on a tractor. Checked in at 7pm on Sunday, was told a couple of hours. Fine. Waited and waited, gave them some extra time, like it usually happens. Finally called back at 11:10pm - no one answered. Checked Google - they closed at 11pm. Still waiting for that call the next day. Thanks for not calling! Got a better deal at a business nearby that actually cares about their paying customers.

Your porter and Manager should treat drivers better.. Putting stickers on trucks in fuel island you should be ashamed.. I will go to TA east from now on..

Manager allows yard guys to put stickers on the trucks when the drivers pull up to go inside for receipt and coffee. Curses them out and when you go to the manger to make a complaint you are kicked off property. If TA doesn’t do something about this location we will never do business with TA again.

The gas prices are good and the staff is also supporting but the manager is always bitching and fight with the truckers. I don’t know what is his problem; I have been buying gas from this center about 6 to 7 but this new manger always complaints about our trucks. He started threatening us that I will tow your truck and call police on you

If you take 200 gallons from this TA You can’t park for 2 hours they just put sticker on your truck very rude manager and 2 guys. You want to buy yard every where they just don’t like drivers

Today I was at the Truck repair shop and sincerely glad that the staff demonstrated high professionalism both in communication with customers and in performing manual work. I even insisted that they write their names so that I could write a review, and I can say that the level of communication was the highest. I haven't seen such quality of service in a long time.
