Service was great as soon as I pulled up too the back they took me in quick one of the guys named Blake even started walking up too my car and asked what I needed I just told him I needed an oil change and then while they were doing the oil change they took a look at my air filter and engine filter and changed those out pretty quick as well. Price was negotiable I guess but the service was spot on I was impressed and they were professional by the way they spoke and the way they examined my car thanks for your help Take 5 I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change.

The customer service is a top 10, not only is the customer service excellent, but the friendliness, professionalism, and the ability to let me know what my car needed and didn’t need. I appreciate how Christopher was so polite and helpful, It’s hard to get great customer service nowadays. The whole team was awesome however Christopher stood out among everyone because he was the one that actually worked on my car. Thanks again to everyone that works there! Please keep doing the great job that you guys do! Happy holidays!

My car said it was time to change the oil so I came to my usual take five. The young men at take five were very helpful and topped off my fluids and checked everything to make sure I was road ready even though it was not time for an oil change yet. No charge!!!! I’m very grateful for their honesty and care to my vehicle. I will return which is the highest recommendation.Service: Oil change

I just left from getting an oil change and it couldn't have been more easy. Christopher was helping me along with a team of others and they were quick and efficient. Christopher was very helpful and knowledgeable and I felt like he really had my best interest at heart. I'll definitely be back

The young man that changed my oil, he was very professional. He explained every step that would be taken with my car. And I thought I needed a filter. But he let me know the one I have was still in good shape. I thought that's. You don't get that nowadays. Because most people would have just taken the money. And told me that I did need the filter that I did not mean. I will definitely be going there again.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I had a great time. Every one was friendly. I think the price was reasonable and the gentleman singing needs an application to the Voice haha. They gave me 10$ off which really sweetened my visit. It was quick, entertaining, and I always like going there. It fits my schedule. I had what I thought was a coupon but it was for another place, they didn't make me feel embarrassed or stupid and it was my fault I had Take Five on the brain. Thanks Guys!Services: Tires

1988 Mercedes Benz 260EMost places don't even carry the filter for my model. I usually have to bring my own. Take 5 had the filter. I also received $15 off my oil change cause I could not reach a technician when I called but the facility was busy. Technician we cool. One of them had a cool mustache shout out!!!! Good experience. Will go back

During routine oil change, a major leak was diagnosed. The problem was so severe that they recommended that I not restart the car due to the fire risk. They pushed it out of the bay and into a parking spot to wait for a tow truck. During my wait, they came out to my car to check on me several times and brought me water. I'm very grateful for the service, it was above and beyond! Thanks again!

The service I received from oil change on may was very unpleasant. I have been going to Take 5 for almost 5 years now, my last oil change was a nightmare. During my oil change things were going great until six employees huddled in front of the hood of my vehicle. I wondered what was going on but had faith nothing was wrong. During this time JayJay one of the employees who introduced himself as the manager reached out and informed me my coolant cap was broken during their service, JayJay also reassured me that he would be ordering a replacement. It’s been 3 weeks since that oil change and no one has reached out to me to let me know about the coolant cap I’ve had to go up to the shop twice now. The last time I went up there one of the employees who helped me during my oil changed ended up telling me an entire lot different story from what JayJay told me. I was informed that day that the district manager would be reaching out the next day to make things right and has yet to call me. This is not how I do business in profession so I’m not sure why this is has not been resolved. Now my vehicle is leaking fluids.

If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. I went to Take 5 on June 20th for a simple oil change, but it ended up being everything besides simple. Not only did it take THIRTY to FOURTY minutes to get the service, it's a whopping $180 service. Two days later, my skid plate breaks off on the highway. The worst part is that they never fixed it, nor attempted to. I spent TWO WEEKS waiting for a call about the part being ordered, turns out they never even placed the order. After an entire MONTH of constantly calling and driving up there only for the manager to not be there, I finally gave up. This is genuinely the worst auto shop in Oklahoma City. Don't bother with this place, they don't even answer their phones; not to mention their customer service is as horrible at their job as their employees. If I had known I'd be overcharged and end up with my car damaged I would've just did it myself.

Sat and waited in my hot car for an hour before getting assistance and then was told i couldn’t get the oil i had already called about previously, but I was offered an oil that was $50 more than the one I got last time. They definitely don’t “take 5” to get your oil change done

Customer service here is just absolutely unmatched. They explain everything they do and show me things if they can (cabin filter, air filter, oil level). Always willing to answer questions I have and a great environment. Plus I love that they let you come in to get your fluids topped off between oil changes.
