Pushing customers to buy high priced synthetic oil when standard oil change is an option. And then say standard oil is not available. Bottom line get ready to shell out more for expensive oil change you might not need.Checked the reviews. More customers reporting same issue.I guess this is a gimmick store.Oil change is your daily business and you are out of basic oil.... Good try..

2004 BMW 530I with 99,000 MilesCheck oil light came on on the way to work. "Oil dangerously low, add oil before driving further..."Stopped by on the way home from work. Waited 45 minutes before being let in a bay. Bay 3 was empty for 20 minites but because Bay 2 had been waiting longer they wouldn't place me in a bay.Craig refused to top off my oil because my car data doesn't show needing oil.... calimed "company policy because my car doesn't have a dip stick he couldn't add to my car."FOUND IT!My dipstick has a bright RED handle...Was NOT Informed of this when I paid for the Full Synthetic Package.Was NOT informed of this when I pulled in for a burnt oil smell at 98,000 miles in November. I was told it was because it was hot outside and sent on my way with assurance they would top off if needed.This is the poorest customer service. I left Valvoline because they never had my oil. Now Take 5 refuses my service.

Service was a bit slow. There was 1 other car at the shop being worked on, I was put in the next available spot. I waited about 15 minutes before the car was actually getting worked on. I was told my fluids were topped off, however my wiper fluid was near empty. Other oil change spots will check your lights as well, but they didn’t offer that courtesy. They did however give me a bottle of water when I arrived. The customer service is friendly.

From out of town and needed a quick oil change. Very accommodating , the service team were excellent, very attentive, took great care of my vehicle and super quick turnaround. Didn't even have to get out of my car. I wish more places had a team of employees as on point as these guys.

This place is complete trash, the poor customer service them giving you a bottle water is a tell tell sign you will be waiting for hours while watching four employees fumble over one another complete disgrace. Don't waste your time.

Adriana was extremely helpful in choosing the appropriate oil for my high mileage vehicle. What I appreciated most was that she gave an honest assessment of everything and didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary. Would recommend this location to anyone!

The people at the Western Street Station were excellent. Very professional and very courteous. Now if your store on Telephone road were half as good, maybe you'd have more customers.

Everyone was professional and courteous. After the veterans discount a a $10 coupon towards an air filter and $16.99 for each wiper blade I ended up spending $140 total.Nice people but quite expensive ?

The wait was longer than I’d ever experienced. I was forced into getting the most expensive oil change because they claimed they were out of the oil I could i needed, this would have been great information to have while I was waiting the also did not check either of my air filter which I know they are supposed to I’ve gone there before. No safety checks were completed from where I could see. I should have gone somewhere else thinking they would be faster. Try a different location not the one on Western in Moore!!Service: Oil change

I remember when this business first opened, they were so efficient and took pride in customer service. Today, that is no longer the case. My oil change took well over 45 minutes to complete. Employees only work on one car at a time. This makes zero sense. There are plenty of oil changing places in the area. Do not use Take 5!Service: Oil change

This place is a complete joke. I honestly cannot understand how they are still open. They have three bays but will only work on one car at a time. Staff is highly unmotivated and will work slow to stretch out that hourly wage. I'm very disappointed by the lack of care for customer service. Take 5 DO BETTER!

I was not given the service the receipt states. They did not clean my windshield or refill my wiper fluid. They did not check my tire pressure or air filter. They did add fluid to my power steering (that was already at the max line). So now it’s too full and I don’t have a vacuum to drain it. They stripped my oil filter housing and refused to do anything about it. Spent an hour there getting my car “serviced”. when they were really just ruining a part of my vehicle. I had to replace the filter cover prior to visiting take 5. The last company I used for oil changes did the same thing. I spent time and money getting it replaced and tried take 5. This has been the only place I’ve been since now getting a new filter cover. I’ve always been happy with service even though it takes an average of 25-30 minutes for a basic oil change. I was told the wear and tear on the housing was normal because I “get oil changes too much”. “You’re only supposed to get them like once every 8 months” No one in the history of owning cars goes for oil changes every 8 months… that was the manager “Jackson” that told me this. 3-4k miles I get an oil change. Consistently. That is what the owners manual says. That’s what every car owner in the world knows. Why doesn’t this manager of a line shop know that? My guess was he was avoiding responsibility.My last visit

We were very impressed with the professionalism, top quality repair and customer communication throughout the entire repair process. The Technician that worked on our vehicle should be promoted to teach other Safelite professionals as to what customer service really looks like. Worst experience I’ve ever had at this business. I waited over an hour to get my oil changed which isn’t so bad until you see three people just standing around. They made me move my truck 3 different times for who knows what reason. Now my radiator fan won’t turn off even after you switch off the key. Was fine before. I’ll never go back to this location on S.W. 119th & Western.Service: Oil change
