This place has everything you need for organization in addition to excellent service. Mindy and Brian both are awesome. They helped me out today with an order. I received the best service here both were very professional and more than willing to help.

We just finished our second Elfa installation, and we are as impressed as ever with Justin. Not only is he excellent at his job, helping to be a true partner and collaborator in the design process (he brings such great ideas & different options to the table), he also makes it FUN. With both our primary closet and garage Elfa systems he made sure we were utilizing the space in the best way possible. We even ran into a snag with some of our garage measurements being off (our fault) and he problem-solved with the installer to fix the issue. The result was even better than the original plan. Highly recommend working with Justin!

Truckers, you’ll be on detention time if you deliver here. Dockworkers get paid three hours to unload half of a trailer. they tell you they try to get done in your two hours limit, but in reality they are going to take three because they know they get three.

I don't know where I have been but this was my first time shopping at the Container Store and I was pleasantly surprised! There was a good selection of items to choose from but the reason I will always be a customer was the superior customer service. The people who work here care and it is easy to see. Big shout out to the staff at Penn in OKC!!! I'll be BAAAACCCK🙂

I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who not only loves their job but is as talented at it as Justin. He’s helped organize every nook and cranny of my home with the utmost dedication and professionalism. Five stars doesn’t really reflect all his hard work, but it’s the highest I can give!! :)

This place is a sleeper store. They have so much cool stuff. I couldn't believe it. We went after lunch just to check it out. I ended up buying a couple things I've really been looking for. When it comes to packages, shelving, kitchen stuff, organizational stuff... man start there.

I came into this location today to get some Items for a Instacart order. A lot of it was out of stock. When I asked Maggie for help about some of the items, she went and looked around then came back and told me they just don’t have time to put anything out on the floor from the shipment. Super helpful!
