I have been a customer of State Farm for some time and have always had a fair experience with the company. However, I recently moved and subsequently came across & Tony Brummitt’s agency. My experience with this specific agency has been absolutely appalling. The owner of the agency, Tony Brummitt himself, self-proclaims that he is a man of integrity and holds steadfast values based on God & family. However, his conduct and business handlings do not line up with his supposed beliefs. Tony is a man of lip service. He is a man who likes to appear as though he is flexible and accommodating, but the truth is that he only appears this way due to being absolutely spineless. He does not practice what he preaches, nor does he come close to emulating the Christ-figure he so carelessly claims to model his life after. As for his employees, they are the ones holding his company up. While he runs around giving the appearance of being a well-to-do business man, they are the ones doing all of the necessary work and without a thought of appreciation or an ounce of true acknowledgement from him. His employees do not appear happy or fulfilled. They seem overworked and irritable which is likely due to the way in which he runs this business. All in all, it’s a smoke screen agency. I recommend going elsewhere unless you’re overdue for a serious headache or are in need of a smoke-up-the-butt treatment. I gave this agency a single star because I had to in order to make the post. I would give a rating of 0 stars if I were able, however even that would indicate a worth to this agency that is greater than it actually has.

I called today with a routine insurance question. The staff listed to me and reviewed my policies. At the end of the day they saved me more then a hundred dollars a month. I have been with State Farm 34 years, and this is why.
