Filthy smut soot fine powder covering everything horribleThe entire store was covered in thic layers of dust it's never cleaned the shelves and products have soot on them powder everywhere parts of store smelled like paint thinner .. the dust was a 10 of 10 like going into a coal mine.. i do not believe they have ever cleaned this location i went here a few times before this home depot is always filthy. Always filthy..... . My hand came out the store covered in black soot from shopping.. filthy.. level 10 filth.. unbelievable filth

Must be hurting for employees. Everyone there was doing the absolute minimum. I tried to ask a lady at the paint counter a question while she was getting a paint can ready, and she didn't acknowledge me or answer me, which I thought was because she had hearing aids. Then she said, "I heard you. Is rude to try ta talk ta someun when they doin som'in'." Um, you're at work, you yield to customers

I bought a new dishwasher 6 months ago. After several hours on hold many many times it’s still not fixed. Stay away from any appliances purchased at Home Depot.. they DO NOT stand behind any appliance sold there. All service is out of Georgia. I live in Oklahoma. If you want anything from them, don’t buy more then a nut or screw. They take returns on those.

I am now 3 weeks from having our new fridge delivered. The old one was supposed to be hauled off. However, due to store error, it got left off even though we paid for it, and we stressed how important the haul off was due to the size of the outgoing fridge. The 3rd party delivery group refused to haul it off, we barely got them to move it outside. Upon bringing in the new fridge, there are at least 4-5 significant and deep scratches in our wood floor that of course wasn’t there before. Of course I contacted our sales associate, who took full blame, but that everything to fix the haul off issue, and flooring would need to go thru upper management. We were told, give her a week to get things fixed. Last week, after still hearing nothing, I contacted corporate who said, there was nothing they could do except facilitate a call with our clerk. Once again, we were told, give me a week to get things fixed it’s got to go thru management. And so here we are, now 3 weeks out. Floor stIll scratched. We are still peeling off plastic from the fridge because the crew didn’t do that either. And I still have a rather large fridge in our garage waiting to be hauled off. I simply asked to stay updated on what was being done. I have received no updates. No apologies or follow up with management, and very simply, I will NEVER ever shop at Home Depot again. It is obvious management could care less about making things right. I would encourage if you’re shopping for appliances, go elsewhere! The delivery crew will be a 3rd party group, and neither that company, nor Home Depot will fix, whatever they screw up in your house. #Goelsewhere!

I went in for 20 bags of cement and they were to high to grab remind your there 80 pound bags and to try to pull them off and load them is a bit difficult but anyway. I told. Couple of workers I needed help or to bring the pallet down and they walked away I had to walk around and find the manager to get my stuff even then she look like she was irritated by me asking for help like that’s your job to help the customers. Why work in retail if you can’t provide good customer service. Last time I’m go to homedepot I rather go to lowes Way better ppl skills and good customers service

Just called them to ask a question and I was placed on hold because staff was busy. After ten minutes some picked up the phone then hung up on me. I called today, 2/2/2022 at around 12:50pm. Very unprofessional and it all starts with management. I'm trying to buy product and you won't take my call. Go to Lowe's.

This might be a waste of time but here goes nothing. I have been a customer since 2008 and recently had the worst experience of my life that makes me want to never do business again with Home Depot and start going to Lowe's and I hate it there. I bought a new house in November and purchased $9,000.00 in flooring from a store in OKC. Purchased everything November 4th and my install was finally completed in late February nearly 4 months. From the start the laminate flooring was wrong in the system but luckily I found the issue before delivered but the tile I ordered in store with an associate online was apparently sold out but no one could tell me that for a month and numerous phone calls of employees telling me that they were still waiting on it to arrive. I had to go back to the store spend more money and wait another week for the new tile to finally arrive. The tile and carpet install went smoothly but the laminate of course had wrong material ordered from the original measurements. A staircase could not be finished bc had to order the correct material that took 3 weeks special order. They finally arrive 3 steps but 1 is damaged and can't be installed, this is discovered when they go to install. I have to take off of work for nothing, another step is order which takes 3 weeks which arrives damaged again. I talk with the person in charge of ordering and say why not order more incase they are damaged maybe one will be ok. This goes on deaf ears as another 3 weeks goes by and the step arrives damaged again, I take it as I don't care anymore it's been almost 4 months I want it over with. When the install company arrives they say they can't install til I tell them I don't care just install, for $9,000 dollars u would expect it to be perfect install. For all my inconvenience the store offers me $250 dollars off after 4 months of waiting, they could just slap me in the face instead. I'm beyond frustrated of the disrespect a store can show a customer and not even willing to make it right. Not sure if this is how Home Depot treats customers but if so I will never shop there again. I think 30% of the total order 10% for every month I waited is more then fair.

Witnessed an employee sitting around not assisting customers. A customer was forced to help themselves due to lack of help. Witnessed a customer getting harassed by a employee for doing their job. This employee was rude and condescending. I witnessed the customer asked to speak to the manager and the manager had nothing to say. Where did Customer Service go. I think it died at Home Depot because you used to be able to walk in the store and get assistance. I'll be doing my shopping elsewhere story was messy and not stocked. Not a good look for a business that's recovering from the effects of Covid.

I'm very upset with Home Depot (store 3901 S. OKC, OK) I went to the store, ordered materials to be delivered --- Order #- H3901-120336 It was supposed to be delivered on 5/27/2020 between 2-6 PM CST It WAS NOT on that that day. I went back to the store to find why my order wasn't delivered. I was told it would be delivered to 5/28/2020 between 10 AM -2PM. It was delivered at 1PM but not all my order was delivered, missing was a 2x4x10. I tried call the driver, no answer. I
