I arranged a 2-Bay special gathering for my [very sick] son’s 40th birthday party. The food and service was nothing but disappointing, no attention to detail (inattentive server, no silverware delivered with food, waiting over 30 minutes for extra salad dressing that never arrived). I plan to give corporate direct feedback.

We reserved two lanes in advance for a birthday celebration. We had people not able to attend and let us know day of. Top Golf refused to allow us to cancel one of two the lanes, 3 1/2 hrs before the scheduled reservation time. Leaving us paying $150+ for a lane that they could easily sell. Horrible customer service that hung up on me. They said we could cancel, lose our deposit and rebook. That was the only option.

I came into this location beginning of March and they had overcharged me on my transaction. they went ahead and fixed it and gave me the receipt and said it will show correctly on my debit card in 7 to 10 days which had never happened. I called this location back in March. And they told me I should be receiving a call from a supervisor within the next 24 to 48 hours which I never got. I called them today and I was put on hold then transferred to somebody and explained my situation.. they heard my situation and started acting like they could not hear me anymore and hung up. They did not have the decency to call me back and want me to go through the hold process again. Will not be returning to this location again

I only briefly went inside to look at prices. Returned to my car, and as I was leaving, I called and they did me horribly wrong!!!!A guy quickly answered the phone then asked me to be put on a hold. That I held onto the call for 20 to 30 minutes, before being hung up on.So I returned the call, this time calling as I was a party of 7 or more, and they picked up and answered the majority of my questions immediately!!! All the way until I asked if they had Senior Discounts, as I thought my father of 70yrs of age might enjoy to go with me sometime.However, I was HUNG UP ON AGAIN!!!! This time because they did not want to respond to my question, because it involved the elderly, and obviously I am not young and I am not personally seeking this discount. But I am OFFENDED by this!!!I did have plans to bring the new family and again with my father, but after service like that, I think I'll go bowling instead!!!Enjoy the horrible customer service if you dare to call!!! Just saying....... true hurts!

I attended a bachelor party crawl (I was a DD), but this was the first stop. I loved the environment and we had a blast.The food and drinks though, were very overpriced and a little slow. Due to how the food is delivered, if you're part of multiple stalls, your stuff may go to another stall. Food was good, drinks were fine.I know the staff deals with a lot of craziness but waiting 15+ minutes to even find/see your server is a bit much. Once is fine, I understand, but this happened multiple times.Overall, the group loved the games that Top Golf created and loved the screens to track their balls and scoring.Drinks and food are expensive, but that's like everything in golf.

horrible customer service we got on their waiting list and they text us our bay was ready and when we got back they had canceled our reservation after us replying that we were on the way the manager jake did nothing for us or even tried making it right I believe you guys can improve on your management he was not helpful at all and will be telling other la about our experience
