“My car was stolen in the wee hours of the morning, once the vehicle was recovered by MWCPD I reached out to McConnels for help getting it unlocked as, whoever stole it also took the keys for my vehicle. They went absolutely above and beyond to help me out. This is the second time this year that we have had to use them for towing services. I would recommend them to any and everyone! The gentleman that answers the phone is the boss and he is so kind and compassionate. I wish there was an option to give them more than 5 stars because I absolutely would!!!”

He called me and let me know that he would try oem and see if that would work and it did. It did cost me a little more than initially told but I got my car back in running condition and I was very happy with the results.”

“I had to have an emergency tow today. I did use my membership towing service, and Bad Day was assigned to me. My driver was Ben. He is AMAZING!!!! Great communication, prompt, pleasant, crazy nice, helpful, respectful, well groomed, great conversationalist, just all around an A+ guy!!!! Hands down will use him every time if I get to pick. I've had the unfortunate need for several towing experiences in the last year or so with several Tow Services. They have all been great but I still think Ben and Bad Day is head and shoulders above the rest. Please use them! Even if you don't have a membership and need to call them directly. I don't care if they aren't the cheapest, they are worth the money! Ben made me feel at ease even in the middle of my "Bad Day"!!!”

My daughter found miracle towing and we waited about 15 minutes and they were there to help us and we are so greatly appreciated. The tow truck guy Lorenzo was so very kind And respectful. “My Peterbilt was involved in an accident. I did not feel safe driving it since I could not open the hood to check to see if any damage had been done mechanically. I called V-Haul towing and they were out there to help me very quickly and were able to tow my vehicle to the repair facility. The driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. “I had to come up from TX to OKC for work and got into a wreck while up here. I brought my car here because of the excellent reviews, and I must say, this place delivered everything promised. They worked with my AAA Texas insurance to get the parts ordered and replaced, and there were no unexpected charges or hiccups along the way, all for a completely reasonable price. The whole process from start to finish took a little more than 2 weeks. On top of all that, my car looked like new with all the replacement parts, AND was washed and detailed for me when I picked up it! Very very highly recommend this business. I would give 10 stars if I could.”
