Both people I dealt with ( pick-up, drop-off) were so nice and helpful. Hard moving during Christmas and they made it as easy as possible. Worth it going here, smooth as butter

Tell customers that going two hours over the expected return time will result in being charged for an entire day! I would have figured something out had I known. My helper bailed and I had to finish unloading alone. I never would have rented from UHAUL had I know this fact. Plus I had rejected "SAFE MOVE" yet was charged for two days of it as well! I'll find a different means for moving storage auction lockers, this was way too expensive for my budget.

All moving help companies should be vetted for reliability we got left high and dry and had to pay someone else 400 to help us load the truck that we had paid 340 already for.. we ended up being late getting the truck back and over mileage. And because we didn't take it back to the 'same' uhaul we rented from we were then penalized an additional $262 dollars.. if I knew that we were going to spend $1000 to move I would have hired PROFESSIONALS. Never making this mistake again and this is the LAST time I will ever use Uhaul. Gtfoh. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We rented an appliance uhaul to move a washing machine and it was perfect. Was lower to ground making it easier to load and unload.The service was good too!

Since I've moved here in July I've had to have a unit with U-Haul Moving and Storage the management there is very nice and understanding the staff was very courteous and attentive
