BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!! This location charged me a phantom charge of $200.00 for a piece of equipment that was not even used, picked up, or available!! Had to file a claim with U-Haul to dispute the charges.

Everything was perfect!!! Cedric helped me and he was SO GREAT!! This is the second time I’ve used this location because the first visit with Cedric was great too!

Yesterday I rented a U-haul truck for the first time from this location. The staff was incredibly friendly and easygoing. I ended up damaging the truck by accident and they were like, "Nah, it's cool. Don't worry about it." Such a relief! I highly recommend this location.

Staff was great. Did their best to help me out with the stuff I needed, and did their best to help with the price. That said:Prices are out of control, just like everywhere else. It should not cost over $100 to rent a van, in town only, for less than 8 hours.I didn't rent a truck of any kind, just a cargo van. That's marked on all their signage as $19.95 / day.Total cost to me today was $103.00Unacceptable. If I'd had any other choice, I'd have gone somewhere else. The literal only advantage U-haul has at this point is same-day reservations.Again: this is not anything against the staff of this location. They were great, every single person there. This is a complaint about corporate. If something's advertised as $19.95/day, it should cost that. Not that plus $80 in special fees.

I had my things in this storage facility for 6 months tops and just when i thought that it was a great place.. Ohhh, was i so wrong turns out not only was my things completely covered in " MOLD" they denied my claims talking about its a climate controlled building ??? yall just look up under the door to see if they see light and that's CLIMATE CONTROLLED??? MAKE IT MAKE SINCE THEN ON TOP OF ALL THAT THE LOW DOWN DIRTY THIEF'S STOLE SO MUCH OF MY STUFF . JUST, BECAUSE I WAS A DAY LATE PAYING THEY REARRANGED MY THINGS AFTER THEY WENT THRU IT .. MIND YOU ONLY YOU AND THEM HAVE THE KEY .. ??? WORD TO THE WISE " I'M TAKING PICTURES OF EVERYTHING NEXT TIME AND I WILL NEVER EVER RENT HERE AGAIN.. WISH I COULD GIVE A "F" FOR FAILED.??????

For the record of there was a way to put 0 stars I would .Completely horrible. Trying to move, truck not available until 10:30am. Only at 10:30 the ding bat behind the desk, the proceeds to tell me she doesn’t know where the truck is, and hasn’t heard from the people. And it’s been gone 3 days. Why wouldn’t you call when you knew the truck wasn’t there. 5 hours could have been used to move, but no. Nothing, nor assistance or to offer to look for another one. Unprofessional, complete joke. Common sense is definitely lacking. I will NEVER use these clowns or this company again.
