Above and beyond quality service from.the staff to the General Manager who assisted me with an overlooked matter that was addressed immediately. Also, I was impressed with the African American woman doing mechanic maintenance work and a African American guy on top of cleaning and preparing the trucks for their next destination. Meanwhile, both of these individuals were able to take out time to assist me and went back to their duties. Awesome!

They gave me a straight bucket!!! The truck broke down on the highway with the furniture in the back. I had to sit on the side of the highway for almost 2 hours waiting on the tow truck. The whole experience caused a big inconvenience. Not to mention a few pieces of heavy furniture fell over during tow, the only good thing was the glass on the dresser mirror didn't break

We purchased and had a hitch installed. They were quite friendly and did great work.The problems came when we needed to return the hitch due to clearance issues. They said they couldn't remove it and it was welded on. $75.00 later, found out that was not true, it was infact bolted on. Needless to say, I am not happy and I have no intentions on doing any more business with them.
