The staff was super helpful from the start and even after I dropped off the truck. I forgot a set of keys in the truck and the ladies there helped me look for them. Really appreciate them going above and beyond to help me!

Claimed to not be able to fill my tank with propane due to lightning. There had been no lightning within ten miles for over an hour. Lazy workers and a manager that could not be reached.

Nothing needs to be improved. From the time I walked in around 10:30/11am on 03/08/2025, everyone welcome me with a warm greeting. The customer service experience was great; there were 3 employees attempting to take care of one time. Which was a great feeling!
Upon returning the uhual around 2/2:30, i was treated with all of the gentlemen coming out to walk me through the return. I was reassured to go inside and compete the return of the uhual. Two of them met me inside and the other two cleaned the uhual in under a minute. The two gentlemen inside were very thorough and welcoming. They all work together very well. This is honestly my favorite uhual location!!!!!!!
Keep up the great work team!! Yall are killing it🫡

Sara needs to go through leadership training again because something is wrong with her. Worse U-Haul location in Oklahoma probably. I explained my situation to her prior to me pulling off with the equipment. It’s good to know they don’t take customers seriously.
