I just wanted to shout out Gabbi for helping me test colognes. I didn’t have enough to get the one I liked at the moment, but Gabbi was super helpful. I was appreciative of the help. Finding a good cologne can be hard.

This location has some of the RUDEST employees ever. I got rushed along during my transaction and the employee checking me out was clearly annoyed when I asked about a coupon. I didn’t even get points credited to my account for my purchase because she didn’t even bother to ask me for my info. I’m never coming to this location again. I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m an inconvenience especially when I’m spending money in your store.

This was not the nicest Ulta Beauty. Inventory was meh and I was not feeling the store. I’m assuming because of the location but it appears to be a somewhat rundown Ulta…I came here expecting certain products and this store did not carry them at all. Will not be back, will stick with other locations such as Norman, Moore, & MWC.

This is not my usual ulta store, but I was in the area and needed some of my essentials I've been buying for years upon years. I was in a hurry and knew exactly what I needed and where to find it. I walked in and I was stopped literally by 5 out of the 20 people on your sales staff and the last lady pretty much shamed me because I didn't want to follow her to see a hydrating primer, told me my face would dry out this winter if I didn't use it. Sorry but you have no idea my skincare routine. It was the most disturbing experience I've ever had. Will not be back to this location, ill stick with my trade and true location in edmond

I was at this Ulta yesterday and I’ve never felt more racially profiled at any other Ulta than this one. Not only did one of the employees keep eyeing me but when I went to go look at lipsticks, the security guard came by right after she left and stood around in that specific section I was at until I was done and moved on. There were many other non-POC standing around at specific areas for as long as me but I didn’t see security on them like that. Do better, y’all.

They seem to never have anything in stock that I’m looking for & the customer service reps care more about talking to each other than helping customers. Feels like you’re inconveniencing when you ask for help.

I stopped in the Belle Isle - OKC store to find some fingernail polish and when I went to check out I was told I had to join the rewards program. When I said I've always been able to purchase without joining I was told they had a new system that required me to join. So I said I'll pass and the associate nastily replied with, "Sally's sells OPI you can find it there." I called corporate to ask about the new policy and I was told you do not have to be a member of the rewards program to shop there. They told me they would follow up in the next couple of days but it's been weeks, no response. I won't be back.

Had a hair appointment with Nia at the salon for the first time and she was above and beyond. I’m pretty introverted so I usually don’t talk much when I get my hair done but Nia was just so friendly and easy to talk to! She made a genuine connection with me and gave me so much hair advice. I definitely plan to continue booking with her. Additionally, I noticed she is able to speak (at least some) Spanish for non-English speakers.Also, whoever the manager with the beautiful blonde hair is, he is so kind and brings such a positive energy to this store that was definitely not there before. I had not been here in a year, so he was a pleasant little surprise of sunshine. I witnessed him help so many people during my 2 hours at the salon. He even checked in on me while I was waiting at the salon and got me a water. I love this new energy. Ah just makes me want to come back every weekend, haha!
