After 7 years of perfect delivery it now seems the drivers can't read an address. To complain is even more frustrating, can't speak to a person! American standard at its best.

Driver has for the 3rd time in three months delivered the wrong package to my address and lost my packages. Am always told it has to be the sender to open a claim. Talked to someone at the office when they answer the phone and told to wait for call back, never get call back. Was told the driver would turn around and come back to fix problem, nope....call back and was told "driver is not in the area any more and he is working hard to deliver other people's packages" what about my package that you say has been delivered that hasn't been?

The employees that drive for this company are dangerous on the road. Especially leaving They're yard off of Portland. I've had so many trucks that have pulled right out in front of me with out a care in the world and the same to other vehicles. There is apparently no safety driving program for the company.

Best Warehouse Job in Oklahoma City…Great Union excellent pay…

If you're considering working here, here are a few things the introductory video fails to mention that I think future employees should be informed of before applying. -DANGEROUS, seriously, more than the average warehouse job, there are conveyer belts high above you that we were informed will drop jammed packages on us if we spend too much time standing off to the side of it. There were large walkways inside the facility that doubled as a driveway to 16 wheelers, we were told if we don't make sure no one is coming in as we're crossing the drivers WILL run over us. There is no signs or disclaimers for either of these things besides an initial verbal warning during training. There are other things that count towards this below. -Extremely Uncomfortable. It is HOT in there, no A/C (besides for the higher ups and in the break room of course) and minimal air flow inside the building. All the machinery, conveyers, and walkways blend together in one jarbled mess. There was a lot of visible trash as well, and not many trashcans (I don't remember seeing any besides in the breakroom) Navigating around that facility was like rummaging through earthquake rubble for survivors. -Inconsiderate of employees. Granted this is just by first impressions, but there were a lot of red flags on hour 1. First of all, what sort of big name shipping company doesn't supply their employees with accessable free water? Every other warehousing job I've had at least did that, this place you either had to buy a water from the breakroom or refill a water bottle you brought there. This in combination with the heat and heavy physical labor are lawsuits waiting to happen. Second, people are constantly yelling despite how close they are to your ear. Invest in some walkie talkies and a speaker for your working staff UPS.

Driver ALWAYS skips my location when I have an odd shaped package and leaves it for the weekend person. This happens once a month at least and it's a bit hard to believe they don't have it on the truck like I keep being told, when it's scanned on And I get the virtual tracking

Poor service, poor communication, poor delivery, poor follow through. Over the last 24 months UPS has lost multiple shipments, damaged over seventy thousand dollars in servers sent VIA UPS and took over 10 months to satisfy the claim. Started shipment of product from New York halfway to it's destination it took off to Canada, UPS's response was nothing could be done until it got to it's redirected destination. The latest debacle and the last straw that has UPS is on our do not use list is the failure to deliver checks that we paid for overnight delivery (Early AM delivery), but won't be delivered until the second day "NOT NEXT DAY". Multiple calls solicited multiple responses all useless and with general apathy from UPS.
