Usually the service is excellent. Today not so much. The kid who helped me was smug and rude. It was not up to the normal standards at all. Next time I will wait for a different employee.

The customer service here is great with fun energy! You will get taken care of, whatever services you need! I have used them for mailing parcels, getting supplies and for Thunder yard signs! 🪧 Recommend!!

Eric at The UPS Store on 50th and May (in the Mayfair Shopping Center) is outstanding! His customer service is top-notch—always friendly, helpful, and quick to offer solutions. The quality of the printed materials he’s produced for us has been excellent every single time. On top of that, his pricing is extremely competitive, especially given the level of service and quality. Highly recommend working with Eric if you want things done right!

Do not go here for a printing job!
They will drop the ball. This is absolutely the worst location ever. They take in too many print jobs, knowing they cant meet the demand. I sent my assistant in to place a order for 200 business cards, they told her they would be done the next day for pick up, when she went back to get them, they were very impatient and rude and informed me that i was to wait until I received an email letting me know that they were ready for pick up, so I waited for the email. Got the email. Went to pick up said ready business cards at my lunch hour, they were not done. My entire lunch break was wasted. This is a horrible location! Do not take your printing needs, there! They simply do not care.

I can't say anything but good about the N May UPS Store. Everyone is friendly, professional, pleasant and they work efficiently and effectively from the simplest to the hardest of tasks, such as print work. There timing on projects is always early and I've even had some immediate needs they've come through on for me. By no means am I a big client, I continually go back because they always serve my needs.
