I waited forever before i was even acknowledged. The line got longer behind me, when the clerk finally told us we could use the self serve option (30 minutes). We told her she could of told use earliest!

The UPS representative who helped us, Sabrina, was fantastic. She was helpful, professional and patient even though I walked in with 7 large packages to mail 15 minutes before closing. She never complained and took the time to help me. This was a great experience!

Robert was exceedingly difficult. He tried to tell me that it was their policy along with other UPS stores for a witness to be a notary.
I told him I’ve gone to several UPS stores for a notary and have had other employees sign as a witness & he told me that every witness for any document had to be a notary.
I told him I’d go to another UPS store and I got in and they notarized my document and allowed their employee (who wasn’t a notary) to be a witness for me, like I needed.
This is not the first time Robert’s made something so easy more difficult because he wants things done his way.

This was my second experience visiting this location, and it was identical to the first. I was able to ship my package without any issues, other than the horrible man behind the counter. According to my receipt, his name is Robert, and his employee number is 112228. He is an older man who seems to be the one in charge at the location, and seems to revel in being snippy, rude, condescending, and difficult. His customer service is abysmal, and makes the easy task of sending a package a stressful and unpleasant event. I will be making the drive to any other shipping store from now on, and will avoid this location like the plague. If you’re reading this, I would recommend finding literally anywhere else to take care of any mail-related needs you may have. The convenience of it being close is not enough to put yourself through speaking with this man.

I utilize this UPS often, usually for Amazon returns . Yesterday i needed cooies, correlated and hole punched. It was GREAT service, as usual, fast and accurate for my needs.

I was UPS store 4818 106 & Penn. S.W.Okc Had a return through Amazon. So many rules & regulations now. I learned something new 2day all 4 the good. The human being who assisted me 10 A+. Deepest& Heartfelt Thanks 4 helping me. I would strongly recommend this UPS store !!!

Anything lower than one star?? If the busiest day of the week is Saturday as it states when searching for this store, why does it open at 10am instead of 9am? Why is there ONE employee to help 13 people waiting in line outside for the store to open? Who is managing this retail store? HORRIBLE SERVICE. This store does not care about customers and doesn't not value their time.

This review is for UPS Store 4818 at 106th & Pennsylvania Avenue in Oklahoma City, OK. I have been a UPS customer for a long time and have interacted with UPS drivers, managers and UPS Store personnel. In all previous interactions I have always been met with courteous, helpful service and a smile! However, after recently relocating to the OKC area I have used the above mentioned UPS Store twice. Both times have been met with the most discourteous, demeaning, and despicable service of any experience I've had with a retail/service company - from the same gentleman who appears to be a manager/owner of that location. He is not helpful and seems to thrive on being obnoxious and criticizing any aspects of accepting packages! He obviously is not happy with his job! I will NEVER use that UPS Store location again while that gentleman is behind the counter!

The guy who works at this store is so passive aggressive that I left so uncomfortable and overwhelmed. Thank god this isn’t my local UPS store and I was just in the area and decided to stop by. Never again will I be back to this location and I will stick to my usual store.
I should have read the reviews before deciding to stop because they are right, it’s a shame that companies do not act on these reviews and keep the employee upfront to harass customers.
I also witnessed him being rude to the lady right behind me.
I would suggest the store ask this man why he is so unhappy in his position for him to act the way he does, maybe he’s just a miserable human idk but he has to be bad for business for this location

Would give zero if I could. Smug, condescending, and rude employees that in a weird way seem to feed off each other’s negativity. Maybe they’re mad at each other. Here’s some advice… Instead of seeing each customer as a faceless nuisance, maybe consider that they most likely use your services infrequently and don’t know all of your rules (of which there appear to be many). What is routine for you is unique for them. Just keep that in mind. Attempt to be kind, professional, and helpful when possible.
