Update: Tried the store out again to see if maybe new employees are quality-they aren’t. 3 men working the counters and 2 of them might even hate customers. Reluctant to acknowledge customers and refuse to speak with them at the counter. 1 curly headed guy was having a pleasant conversation with a customer. Hopefully that’s his usual level of friendly because otherwise this store is unfriendly, possibly on the disrespectful level.
I will go out of my way to avoid this location. The customer service is apathetic, socializing with each other instead of addressing customers standing around for their help. When you finally are acknowledged by way of a wave over, you are given info that they can’t help you and the offered no advice for other remedy. I’ve tried this location 3 times. I won’t make the mistake again.

I just want to say this is the worst store ever in my opinion. I went to return my package back in May . And somehow after that the employees LOST my package. I’m $200 down the drain all because they lost my package. I reached out to the company where I bought my shoes because that’s what the UPS employees told me to do. Next the company said it’s UPS fault. And I go back and the employee I approached at the front didn’t even try to help me one bit and then try to ask “did you return it to this store?” As if I was lying. I then ask the employee if the camera’s work inside the store to see if maybe it would capture the employee misplacing my item or even possibly stole my item. They were shoes and apparently they were never put into the system to return. The employee began to say the cameras do not work, I’ve never been to a FedEx or UPS store whose cameras do not work. I then ask for the managers number and the employee then said “you can just call in the morning”. I called in the morning and never heard anything back. I go into the store and speak to a different employee who actually tried to help me and gave me the manager number and I finally got into contact with. I had to go to the store 4 times to actually get help. I call the manager and finally speak to her and the only thing she said was she would look into it and she would get back to me. This all started beginning of May and now we are towards end of August and NEVER heard a thing back, they lost my package or possibly the employee stole the shoes because it never got put into the system, security cameras don’t work, manager never reached back out to me. I’m down $200 all because of this. I have called multiple times and went inside the store multiple times. Actually one of the employees told me to leave a bad review so it actually catches someone’s attention. I’m going to hopefully reach corporate because how do you operate like this and promise customers you would find there missing package that was suppose to be returned and then never do the job you promise? I would literally not even give this place a one star, if I could I would only leave a bad review. But nobody understood how frustrated I was. If somehow this doesn’t catch any of their attention then it goes to show they do not care about their reputation. But it’s frustrating nobody helped me with my package.

This place ROCKS! Always busy; but the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and FAST. Customer service is top-notch.
I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my shipping needs.

Even if it takes me 25 minutes to get to the store, having three stores on the way there I will never change this one for anyone else.
Every time I come over here is pleasant and professional, and I feel appreciative for my 25+ minutes drive.
Today I had 5 different t returns and the young gentleman (I believe his name was Keegan) not only had the patience but he instructed me on how to do my returns.
Every single employee at this store is always pleasant to every customer…

Visited here for notary services. We were at the store close to their closing time and missing a paper that we printed there itself. We had a pleasant experience, and the two ladies working there seemed to be happy, and they were very helpful to our needs. I appreciate the positive vibes.

The woman so rude if I was a little more depressed I could have cut on myself or something remember dealing with people you need to be at least open to do their job. Being decent cost a person nothing. Shame on you manger lady for being you so damn rude. Your the sole reason people don’t want to come out side nor deal with world . People like you are the reason things snap in people. I hope you treat you family with more kindness than strangers. In my car crying.

The UPS Store left much to be desired. The staff appeared distracted and unresponsive, which made my visit frustrating. I faced delays with printing services, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations.

Zoey and her team are absolutely incredible! They are hardworking, patient, fun to interact with, honest, fair, and convenient. I live not too far from here. UPS helps running my small business so easy and straightforward. I already have a lot going on in my life and knowing that I can depend on them for all of my needs is validating and reassuring, knowing that I am taken care of and can focus on my business without worry. When I need something done, they get it taken care of. I know a lot of people who prefer going to places like FedEx because it's cheaper but I just don't get the same amount of care and attention that UPS gives me. I think their prices are very fair for what you're getting. I prefer to spend a few extra bucks on a service that gets the job done right. You really do get what you pay for. As long as I live in this area, I will continue to do my business, personal and professional, at this particular UPS with Zoey and her team. Keep up the great works, y'all!

The staff always greets me when I come in. Sometimes they even remember I have had a package delivered that day and have it ready when they see me walk through the door! I've rented a PO Box here for years and will continue to.

Ethan was very helpful even with 2 mins before closing. I came in the store in a panic. Uncle just flew out of state and forgot his phone. Ethan gave me many options and stayed so patient while I figured out what I needed to do. He was a packaging PRO! THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR OUTGOING SPIRIT AND PATIENT SOUL.
