First off the driver said he tried to deliver the package but no one was home. Well except the fact my wife and my ring door bell never showed him even drive by. So now my delivery is delayed I’m having to drive out of my way to pick it up. When a service that I paid for wasn’t provided. On top of the fact my box was best to crap. And my item had damage to it. Completely impossible to talk to anyone on the phone. Horrible service. If your drivers don’t want to work. Then Start replacing them with robots. Sick of all the poor service from companies like this

Always courteous- but most importantly they track my package everywhere it goes and it literally always gets there on time!

This has been a terrible experience, these were the ONLY people in the entire system that did the right thing and saved the day. It sad that the system they are trapped in put them in the middle of a train wreck, but THESE FOLKS know how to do it right. Thank you for giving me back about a week of my life. If the people up the food chain had done their jobs, it could have been almost two weeks. I blame Canada, no more Canadian bacon for me, it's not even bacon!

This location seemed better then others. They were quick to process paperwork and also quick on loading.. thanks. My package sat in Kansas all week. I called the Kansas location and they said trailer was loaded but they didn't know when it would go to OKC. Something about no driver. This put our schedule way behind. We paid extra to get it here quicker but it ended up taking longer then normal delivery time.
