Checked to see if they were open before driving over on my 30 minute lunch break to send a package. I got there at 12:30. They were apparently on lunch until 2! Absolutely ridiculous. There’s zero reason why the entire place needs to be closed for 1.5 hours in the middle of the day. It’s already impossible for most of us working 9-5 to ever get to the post office since they like to close early too. Take turns at lunch or update the damn website. Waste of time!

They have lost so much important 1st class mail its crazy. I've only been at this address for 10 months and have had over $300 stolen from my mail and so much important stuff just never show up

Wow. Your desk clerks are soo receptive and kind. NOT. I am not sure why one feels it necessary to be non-receptive to general politeness even after you being unnecessarily rude and aggressive. Really need a visit from HR. You are not a timely nor understanding nor caring woman. Move on. Really disgusted with today's service, or lack there.

My neighbors are tired of getting my mail in their mailboxes please fix this and for them to stop being lazy plus this week my neighbor has had mail on her mailbox for the past 3 days that is supposed be picked up for delivery that is how I also know that our mail hasn’t been delivered this week

This post office here is one of the worst post offices I've ever seen in my life and I used to be a employee for the post office in Baltimore Maryland this post office here will lose your mail repeatedly and possibly steal your mail My wife had her medication lost or stolen from this post office I highly recommend that you get a PO-Box somewhere else at a different post office there is a post office at shartell avenue in Oklahoma which is very highly recommended they are fast very good people to work with great customer service stay away from the post office at this location here North Martin Luther King worst post office I've ever had to deal with I have been there myself over 10 times with incidents about my mail and my wife's Mail

I dropped my mail in the wrong place today and Ms. Karen and Ty were so helpful and patient with me while solving my mistake! Thank you both for making my day a little less stressful!

Never in my life have I experienced such awful customer service than I did today at this location. I arrived at 3:00pm, after checking the hours online and seeing they closed at 4:30pm, and stood in line for a few minutes behind 3-4 other individuals. The male at the counter then looked me in the eyes and said “we are CLOSED.” and treated me as if I was the dumbest girl on the planet. The male next to me then asked for clarification on who he was talking to and he only pointed to me, singling me out over everyone else, and said “her.” I was startled by how UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE this man was and obviously looked confused, and then he said “I actually was supposed to be closed a while ago and I locked the doors.” Not sure what planet he’s on… because all the doors were unlocked and it was 1.5 hours until the official hours said this location was closing. A woman walked in after me (because the doors were unlocked!) and I warned her that she was about to be met with the most ridiculous attitude from this postal worker.
If you can’t find it in your heart to be kind to customers at your place of employment, GET A NEW JOB. You have no idea what people are going through, and you are lucky you don't see the consequences of your behavior and actions afterwards. I will never understand the aggressiveness postal workers have…. I can’t imagine being so obviously miserable and hateful towards others.
Oh, and maybe fix your Google hours if they aren’t accurate.

Always missing mail or mail not arriving until a week later. When I call it’s always an excuse. Y’all need to get it together. I had a very important document coming in the mail sent to me on the 3/19/34 and didn’t get it till 3/25/24 within Okc and had to have it sent back within seven days. This is getting ridiculous seriously

My package was not delivered because there was apparently "No Access to Delivery Location", yet, they're able to deliver my junk mail daily. I went to to this location to pick it up, but the woman at the front desk couldn't find it. I was then told by her that she'd have Reuben, their supervisor, give me a call the next day.This is the second time within 6 months that USPS has lost my package. Not to mention, the woman in front of me was in their to retrieve a lost package as well. What is going on at this place? Are carriers stealing packages?

Horrible service. No one ever picks up phone after 1pm. I had to repeatedly drive myself to the post office to report missing critical mail: my employment contract and signon bonus check.I was notified by USPS Informed Delivery that it was to be delivered the previous week, but after one week it never arrived. I was informed 4 pieces of mail were expected that same day, yet I only received one of those four: That's 25%, you FAIL USPS.Spoke with D'Angelo, Chris, and Rueben multiple times over a two week period bc they never answer the phone. I left my contact info every time, and I never received a single call back. Two weeks now, and I have never received my mail.In the past I always supported the USPS but now I'm with the defund the postal service trend with experiences such as this. I will opt to use UPS and FedEx in the future.

Online says should be opened at 630 for P.O. Box access and it never is!!
