Avoid it, like is the plague! The only star is the fact the staff is friendly. I don't need friendly. I need them to stop STEALING MY MAIL. Talked 3 times with superbisors about my packages constantly not being delivered. Now, I pay for a p.o.box to try and make it easier for them. Surprise! I still don't get my mail. My advice : don't use their service.

Haven't received my mail in almost 2 years. The driver speeds down the road with headphones on his head, passing mine and at least 2 other neighbors mailboxes with no care at all.

I told mailman to put my package over my fence before and this time they wrote not deliverable.last time I had to chase him down the dang block for my package.this time I didn't know I had to babysit my package like a baby.thanks for making my next 3days alot frkn harder than it has to be.enjoy your day!!

Many times put my mails in someone else’s mailbox. One simple job is to match the house number on all the mails to the house and they still got it wrong. Just sloppy and careless!!

Can’t get anyone on the phone . I had packages. I was waiting on and I seen the mailman go by and he marked the packages as delivered and they were not delivered. He lied and said that he came to my door. I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone to tell them this and nobody will get on the phone. . ??

Lazy carrier leaves packages at office inspite of directions asking for the package to be left at the door! The office staff steals so we end up not getting our packages and have to argue about getting refunds for items we didn't receive because of your sorry employees! They don't even make an effort they just leave a fake failed delivery notice in the mailbox when the person was home all day waiting for their package. Just sorry!

I tell you I have read a lot of the reviews about this location and I must say I 100% agree with them. I just moved here two months ago and I’ve been working here for six months with a local trucking company. I am gone three weeks to a month at a time, I have security cameras one in which points right at my mailbox. My Landlord comes over twice a week to check my mail and there is never been mail in there to finally be able to come home. Looking forward to getting my bank card that was sent out approximately three weeks ago to find my box empty mail, no junk mail along with other things that were sent including a wedding invitation and a utility bill so I catch a Uber to the post office for them to argue with me telling me that the mailman on my block pulled all my mail out of the mailbox because it was overfilled with my mail and sent all of it back to the center which was a complete lie because not once did that mailman ever come on my porch because if he did, my cameras would’ve been triggered, they get triggered when my landlord comes over when my maintenance guy comes over even the bees trip my camera, not to mention the little bush at the end of my porch When the wind blows triggers my camera when my neighbor comes home, it triggers my camera, but coincidentally, it never triggered when the mailman supposedly came on my porch that he told his supervisor that he’s been delivering mail here I explain to him that footage does not lie and make that make sense to me that my cameras record everything else but all of a sudden go off-line when the mailman comes to my porch They told me at the office that they called the mailman while he was on route and the mailman told him all of this not to mention he assumed that the place was vacant because he never noticed a vehicle in the driveway nor did he noticed anything on the porch And their response was he wouldn’t lie while I caught the mailman last night. Come to find out he was a substitute for the day that he had not once talked to the office. Then I was informed that because I’m a truck driver that every time I go back out on the road I need to put a hold on my mail or all my mail will get sent back to the sender every time claiming that is the law this place is a joke I have never dealt with this I moved from Colorado and at that time I was out a month and a half two months to come back and yes my mailbox was full But all my mail was there. It is against the law to pull mail out of somebody’s mailbox after it has been put in not to mention falsifying information stating you’ve been to my house every day dropping mail off but coincidentally my cameras never caught it. This place is 100% a joke , but they got the right one because I will take legal action if need be
