The worst place to go.....you go in to seek for a service thinking they're professionals but they actually d9nt know what they're doing. I went in there requesting for a label, this lady sells stamps to me insisting that is what I needed and it turns out not to be so. I took the stamps back for a refund and they declined. This post office just robbed me my money I'm not going in there again....bad place for me

Had a package delivered today and instead of taking it to the front door they just shoved it in my mailbox and ended up with couple things broken . I can’t believe how lazy they get to walk

I'd love to be able to actually talk to a person instead of being looped through the same 5 robot options that don't apply to my situation. Love that theres no option to do that. I work 8 to 5 and legit cannot come in unless I wake up early af in the morning on saturday or take a day off so I'm kinda just stuck here hoping my package isn't in limbo cause I can't get a hold of an actual person to ask a simple question that I know the machine can't give me.

When I first time went to this store to send something, I was afraid that the service staff here would be impatient because I didn’t know how to choose the express order, so I needed to ask clearly. Unexpectedly, they were very friendly. Not only did they patiently explain the differences between express delivery orders, and they also gave me good suggestions. I like their service very much . So I always choose to mail it to this store.

Don't have your important mail processed here, have failed to redeliver my certified letter multiple times after I had rescheduled so that I would be home to sign for it. Don't know why they can't seem to find it in the back if it was never signed for and thus not delivered. Hope it wasn't a jury duty notice, somebody should be looking into this. . .this location seems to be responsible for a whole lot of grief.

I just got berated at my own house. There was a package that was supposedly delivered at my house this morning. I inquired about it via phone because we checked and didn't find anything. The mailman was extremely unprofessional and just started yelling at me. I could not even get a single word in as I was in complete shock and because he left so quick. The package could have been taken by someone else or off my porch, I don't know, but the way that situation was handled was absolutely unprofessional and could have been handled differently. The lady on the phone was kind enough to apologize for his behavior. I have NEVER once experienced anything like this and I have lived in the area for well over 9 years. I will no longer be having mail delivered just to avoid the mailman. Or if possible just avoid USPS all together. Absolutely not okay!

Mailed out my wedding invitations to people all of the country (even one internationally) and all 176 other invitations that I sent out delivered directly to our guests - as mail should! The 2 invitations with recipients in this zip code somehow were NOT delivered, and the guests were given a notice that they had to come pick up the invitation and pay $3.78 in order to get it! I put $1.03 non-machinable stamps on every invitation (via the instruction of my home post office in Houston, TX) and all except these TWO were delivered properly. When the guest went up there to explain that this didn’t happen to anyone else in any other area - even other areas of the SAME CITY - the employee was rude & let our guest know that all other post offices were doing it wrong and they’re the only ones who do it right. I find it highly unlikely that is truly the case. Not only is it wrong to make the recipient pay more (even if there should’ve been more postage on the envelope - that is the error of the first post office who told me one non-machinable stamp is enough! not my fault or the recipients fault, but again, didn’t have this issue anywhere else, so I think it was right!), but it is also wrong to treat guests rudely - very poor customer service!!!

ZERO.. ⭐'s Customers are sitting outside waiting for doors to open but they don't ever start lobby service on time and some people have jobs to get to ..hey just change the hrs on the door then if you're not going to go by them!! Who's running this place? Must not pay very much attention to your employees or they just do whatever they want there's no professional code here it seems 9am doors still not open....
