My tracking number said package was delivered today. When I went to pick it up. No one knew anything. So I went down the hall to my P.O. Box. Opened the door to my P.O. Box. The package envelope was in my box but product was missing. This is a hood Post office with ghetto mentality workers. When my renewal is up; I am moving my P.O. Box to Edmond. A trustworthy office.

Hands down the WORST post office ever. They NEVER answer their phone. Because of them, my package got sent back because I couldn’t get a hold of them. I’m pissed

I'm only writing this in the hopes that they get me my package- I got a shipping email on 2-14-24 stating that what I ordered is at this facility and the estimated delivery date was 2-15-24. One week later I still don't have my package! The shipping email says my package is still atthis facility in transit! I can understand a delay of a few days but a week? I don't want anyone to get in trouble, I just want my package!!!

I lost two boxes in which in a VAT a phone and not even the insurance responded for the boxes that proved that it was their mistake I was never able to make a claim, they never answered the phone in consumer affair and in the mail they could not help me or make the claim thanks for I don't know why they pay for insurance that they don't pay.

Clearly don’t know how to do their job 2 people don’t even know how to create a label to ship out. First and last visit will just stick with Edmond locations

Came at 11:52am to mail out an important package and the doors were locked. It says they close at 12 on Saturday’s, yet the locked up early. Three other customers pulled up within a 3min time frame, 11:53-11:56 and were not able to mail out their packages.

Martha turned a 20 second conversation into her coworker having to call for the manager for me. I had a pre-shipped label, asked for a tracking number, and also where I could drop off packages in the future if I had my own printed label and didn’t want a tracking #. She was intent on lecturing, I think she assumed I am younger than I was. She told me to take a deep breath and wouldn’t continue talking to me until I did, I guess I was talking too fast for her?I listened politely for a few minutes until I asked to have my package processed because she was starting to talk about things that didn’t pertain to me or my package, when I demanded my package be processed so I could leave, she threw my package like a basketball shot into the bins behind her, no tracking # given. I agree it’s a slightly funny situation, there was no harm to my Aunt’s package luckily. But seriously? My packages have been lost by USPS before and it’s employees like Martha that are the reason. The manager looked like he’s been through this before. I was uncomfortable the entire time, even talking to the manager because now he had to go retrieve the thrown package and was asking ME questions about where the package was instead of his employee who threw it. Awful experience.

As I’m sitting at my desk my carrier puts the mail through my door like normal but then proceeds to drive over my grass to deliver the mail to my neighbor. I have been on hold for an hour with consumer affairs and nO answer .

I’m not one to write a review, but my experience at the Britton Post Office was so horrible. I’m a kind and non confrontational person. The elderly woman who helped me send off a package left me nearly in tears. I came into the PO at a slow time because I had a few questions about sending my package. She wouldn’t even let me talk. She kept telling me to stop talking and that she didn’t need my life story or explanations. I was in no way being chatty, just simply trying to get answers to a minimal amount of questions. I didn’t even get to ask one. I’ve never been talked to this disrespectfully at a business for just simply coming in to have them do their job. ZERO stars.

I have usps informed delivery so I get emails with pictures of mail that should be coming in every day. I have 20+ very important pieces of mail that I have not received over the past two weeks because NO ONE has delivered mail. Then I track a package today that my mother in law was sending and it says it was returned to sender because “OKLAHOMA CITY, OK 73114 because the address was vacant or the business was no longer operating at the location and no further information was available.“. What does that even mean? There is no phone number to call other than the USPS hotline and no local number, which I have been on hold for the last 30 minutes with. This is ridiculous. I am fed up.

This facility accepts cash but may appreciate your smaller bills and change. Staff is easy going and friendly. There's a bit of a wait at times, but this is because of the kind caring treatment from staff there. They give directions and are always smiling! As with many shops in the area, this staff has long term employees and that improves realistic planning and secure mail service. Never a problem parking and there's never any issues with safety or health. I never see discounted USPS postal Holiday cards on sale and wonder where they go because they are always slow to move. Maybe there's a dead stock place to buy, I forgot to ask. They have traditional return mail certified letters that allow delivery control. The hand filled out mail forward cards were out. I don't think they have any option for passport but this is a convenient place for such. Nice old fashioned post office. I liked this very much and will go back! On the way to many things, at the East end of the City of Britton. Britton is coming alive again and this anchor store will set the pace! Thank you USPS!

I moved 4 months ago and did a change of address, and am still getting packages sent to an old address (and subsequently stolen). No one seems to have a solution for the problem. Worthless.

Wish I could give a zero star. Rude, have no answers for you. If you're missing mail oh well, not their problem. Absolutely the worst customer service there is.
